  I had a great experience working with Chris from Groundworks. He came out, inspected my foundation, and gave me a fair and honest quote. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to push me into doing the entire project—he was upfront about what actually needed to be done. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing what’s right for the customer rather than just making a sale. I really respect that kind of honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend Chris and Groundworks!

  The Groundwork’s crew from Wichita did a fantastic job installing waterproofing and wall anchors. They were polite and listened to our concerns. We appreciated them working with us to address issues with the original specs and providing a reasonable resolution. They did a great job cleaning up when the job was complete. Would highly recommend the crew from Wichita consisting of Aaron W, Aidan A & Jacob W. They are a great crew! Keep up the great work!

  We gathered three separate bids from different foundation repair contractors over several months before deciding to have foundation repairs completed through Groundworks. Instead of the "piers go everywhere" approach like I saw in one bid, Codi did measurements and analysis around the entire property and landed on a solution that he was able to articulate and justify to me in a way that made sense that we believe will provide the best value for our property. Looking forward to having the work completed and will update if possible after the work is complete.

  Horrible experience and all we did was get a quote! We have all of our drywall down and there are two giant cracks in the wall that are leaking. You can obviously see them. When I pointed them out to the guy that came out he asked me. "So what are you wanting me to do?" Well probably fix the two cracks in the wall that are leaking but I'm not the expert here. He then spent an hour doing God knows what in the basement and then sat down with an entire presentation on his tablet about how dirt and water work and propose a $19,000 solution telling us that we should not go with companies that want to just seal up the cracks and move on. I've talked to other people locally who have been quoted absolutely insanely high quotes for a very small, simple crack. It was definitely a very high sales pressure tactic And even though we kept saying that $19,000 was Way beyond anything that we could even think about doing, he just kept going and going. There are many other reviews online of this exact situation. They will tell you that your house is literally about to fall down unless you take out a second mortgage to fix the problem when that is not true!
