  Signed a contract to clean out a drainage ditch on May 16 2025 with the job to be done in June. The signed contract has the dirt being hauled off. Early on we talked about the possibility to dump the extra material on site but no plans were made as he never responded to a time to meet with me. The job got pushed back due to the rainy year. Recieved a text on August 14 2025 saying he was calling in locates and was starting in a week. He never showed up lines were never marked the job was never done. August 14 2025 "Hey Scott, The time is finally getting close to start that project if it doesn’t rain anymore. I’m calling in locates now and we hope to be there next week. " The job was never done . No I didnt call him right away because it was not the first thing on my mind. Yes I. should have called him sooner. When I call him this summer because water was backed up and the ditch was starting to smell to ask why it wasn't done. He said I never met with him to show where the extra material was supposed to go. In the contract its supposed to be hauled off. We never agreed that it was getting dumped on site. He never found the time to meet with me to find a spot. He never contacted me through text or email saying he needed to meet before he started, he never followed up to reschedule or see what the plan was. He said it was my fault i did not call him to meet him. How would I know i needed to meet with him before when he said he was starting in a week and he never mentioned it. He never actually called in to lacateutilities so he i have to assume he never had any intentions to start. Why say your starting if your don't have any plans to. He now says its been too long and the price would be higher although we have a signed contract he never fulfilled. Yes he would respond to text messages but getting him to meet in person never worked and apparently neither his word nor his contract can be trusted.

  Hands down, I would absolutely recommend Kane and his team! Great work and communication and is very fair and most importantly does the right thing.
