  Michael and John Tay (spelling?), we're our ECK service technicians. Mind you it was 105° outdoors and 95° inside my house. Thinking that the new inside unit would replace our 20+ year old unit would automatically fit, it didn't, they had to build around so the new unit would fit, amazing work!! Also, they were very courteous and approachable. And they even cleaned up after and took away the old unit!! The new air conditioner runs beautifully! Thanks, guys, and thanks ECK!!

  Sam Dillinger was very professional and caring for the customer. He understood the seriousness of the situation when my mother had been in the heat for 2 days without a plug in for the new air conditioner I had bought for her. He was promt and understanding of the situation. He came with all parts needed and got the job done quickly. If we need anything else, we will be requesting him directly. Please give him all the recognition deserved, and Thank him for his wonderful service and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Janene Jones

  We had a great experience with Trey Landers from ECK Services! He installed a mini-split unit in our garage, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Trey was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job from start to finish. He took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly, explained how the system worked, and left the area clean when he was finished. The unit is working great and has already made such a huge difference in the garage.

  Brayden was five stars from his first phone call to me to be first weekend emergency call out and coming back the very next morning with all needed parts and his helper Trevor were both very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and followed through on all steps to complete the repair and make sure everything was in full satisfactory working order before leaving since I do live in the country and am on a water well. They tested all electrical from the pump switch to the actual well pump, tested tank pressure and detected that pressure tank was completely shot and water was above the internal bubble and that the well pump had overheated and burnt up. I also have a whole house filter on the water system and they removed my newly placed filter and tested so that it would not fill up with sediment and made sure the tank re-pressurized and kicked on to the correct level before leaving!!! Would recommend these two fine young gentlemen employed by ECK Plumbing any day of the year!!!

  I called on Tuesday to try to get an over the phone quote to do an A/C removal and hookup. Every other company gave me a set price right away with no issue. Eck said they’d need a tech to quote it and call me back and asked for the address it’d be performed at. I didn’t think anything of it because obviously different addresses will use different crews. Fast forward a day to yesterday, and while I was on a meeting I received 4 calls and 4 voicemails of a tech asking to come out. Weird right? Before I was even out of my meeting to return the incessant calls, THERE WAS A TECH AT MY HOUSE. With absolutely no authorization from me, walking through my yard and taking pictures over the fence of where the units are. Completely unbelievable. I walked outside and asked what they were doing at my house and it looked like the kid had seen a ghost. I told him all I asked for was an over the phone quote and he apologized repeatedly and said he didn’t know. How in the world is this common practice?? Then to top it all off, I called and asked for the service manager to explain how unacceptable this was of a business practice and they of course didn’t answer. I left a message with the receptionist to have my call returned and here we are over a day later and still no return call. They were SUPER EAGER to call me non stop to try to get me to schedule a tech but as soon as they realized they borked up the whole situation, now they ghost me. Incredible. Will never call, schedule, or even consider Eck for a single thing ever again. I will be sure to let everyone in my circle know as well. I’m still in shock at how badly such a simple request was handled. Pathetic
