- JHJeff Herlocker4 days ago5.0Grant, the technician was great and responsive! I installed a new thermostat and it was working. A wire came loose and was charged $500 to replace with a new thermostat that I had. It was Saturday, after hours so I really appreciate the responsiveness! It still seems a little pricey to me, but happy to have it resolved.

This time around they wired up my entire basement, installed outlets, lights, switches. I got plenty more projects lined up and they will be my go to. Tech Tom Wise was phenomenal.

Tyler & Tray was here within a few hours from when I called & was very thorough & professional. Tyler communicated with me the problem with an estimate of services & my approval before he started. The cost was very reasonable & Tyler was very considerate to my senior status to provide me with the best service for the best price that he could provide. Unfortunately, our leak repair has to be scheduled for another trip due to the need to cut into the Sheetrock and need of parts. Both were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed having them.

Could definitely tell they had our interests in mind, as they treated us like actual people and not just another work order. Easy to communicate with, and they explained what they were doing and why certain fixes were necessary. We felt comfortable moving forward with their recommendations because of how they communicated. We haven’t had a lot of experiences with HVAC servicing, but working with Tyler and Ethan from Eck was certainly the best. We set up with them to service our appliances a second time within the year. Highly, highly recommend.
