  Great experience! Very professional. When I called a real person answered. She was nice and scheduled my appointment quickly. Even got me in the same day which I didn't expect with the heat wave we've been experiencing. The tech, DeAngelo, called ahead, arrived promptly and replaced the bad part getting my A/C up and running in just under an hour. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

  The technician had an apprentice with him, they were both clean and tidy and very polite. They put booties on over their shoes because it was wet and muddy outside. He diagnosed my problem in less than 10 minutes, told me what he recommended and gave me options. We chose a plan of action, he took care of the problem and left me with a clean space where they were working and a new faucet. He also called to tell me he was finished. I would highly recommend Eck Services.

  Rick Clark and a helper arrived at my residence to look at my Lennox hvac system that hasn’t worked properly for several years. He told me maintenance before anything else to actually see what was happening ! Lower unit fans have never been serviced and were loaded with lint so they weren’t moving the air causing freezing up codes and system problems . Then checked Freon and balanced between the three areas covered . Working now good as new , thanks Rick ! I had been advised to replace the whole system earlier and thought ECK Services might be worth a try before replacing and now glad I did ! Thanks for your help to everyone involved !

  Outstanding customer service! Our tech Jensen L. was very polite from beginning to end. They checked a multitude of things during our hvac check up & kept my spouse informed along the way. Very respectful of our property. The ladies we dealt with on the initial phone call to Eck Services Co. were polite & accommodating as well. Service was fast. Would definitely call them again & recommend them. Very refreshing to deal with a company that provides customer service & quality work in this time where service companies make the customer feel like there doing you a favor.   I wish I would have dug deeper into the reviews before hiring this company. I paid $234 for a service call where the technician diagnosed the issue in about five minutes. He then spent roughly ten minutes speaking with my warranty company, and the rest of the visit was mostly conversation between us. The technician himself was extremely nice, professional, and this is absolutely no fault of his own. My issue is with the company’s pricing and management. I was told the service fee was $109 and included 30 minutes of diagnostic time. The technician was at my home for about an hour total 11:07-12:03, yet I was somehow charged an additional $125. That seems excessive and difficult to justify. I even asked on the phone what is the rate then? How is 30 minutes $125? To make matters worse, when I called to discuss the charges, the manager would not speak with me directly and instead left everything to the front desk employee. She was also very kind and professional, but it’s disappointing when management won’t address customer concerns themselves. Then comes the quote I received to replace my tankless water heater, over $6,500. Before I even received their invoice, I had another company come out, provide an estimate and replace the unit the very same day for $3,500. Not only was it nearly half the price, but the replacement was actually a nicer tankless water heater than what I was originally quoted. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews more carefully and for trusting this company. While the technician and front desk staff were great, the pricing, communication, and overall experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I’m sure this will be met with the same generic copy and paste response that many negative reviews receive, rather than any meaningful resolution. I’m not posting this because I expect anything to be done about it cause with my experience with them so far it won’t . I’m posting it in hopes that it helps the next customer make a more informed decision than I did. Glad I didn’t move forward with the service!
