We recently had Taylor Finch with Bower’s Plumbing install a tankless hot water heater in our home, and we could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding — he kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the entire process stress-free.
The workmanship was excellent, and it’s clear he truly takes pride in his work. Everything was completed professionally, neatly, and with great attention to detail. Our new tankless system works perfectly, and we are so thankful for the quality service we received.
If you are looking for a trustworthy plumbing company with incredible customer service and top-notch craftsmanship, we highly recommend Bower’s Plumbing. Five stars all the way!

I recently had plumbing work performed near gas piping on my property, including excavation near the gas line entry point by my porch and near the corner of the house where the gas line runs underground.
After the work was completed, the gas company identified a confirmed post-meter gas leak and, for safety, shut off the secondary gas line serving my dryer. The utility company ruled out the main utility-side line, meaning the issue is within the customer-side gas system.
I first contacted the plumbing company asking them to acknowledge the issue and provide a reasonable solution.
After receiving a voicemail and an estimate of work to permanently cap the dryer gas line for approximately $478, I followed up with a second email requesting clarification regarding:
whether the exact leak location had been identified,
whether any pressure testing had been performed to pinpoint the leak,
whether 811 locate documentation was available prior to excavation,
and whether repair or replacement options had been evaluated.
At this time, no pinpoint leak location or diagnostic explanation has been provided. The proposed solution would also require me to convert to an electric dryer and relocate my laundry setup.
I am awaiting written clarification and documentation regarding the work performed and the basis for the recommendation.

I submitted my initial concerns through Bower's website today after being advised that my original email had been sent to an Alabama company of a similar name. I requested a response in writing.

We had a leak on the incoming water line just outside the foundation. The hose was accessed with a back hose and the repair was done satisfactorily. The issues I had we:
1. When digging, the range into sprinkler pipes. Instead of making strategic cuts necessary to get the hole done, they pulled the pipes out sometimes up to 6 ft on either side. This has made it extremely difficult to have repaired as we first have to find where they went to and then redig trenches to lay the pipe in to the appropriate sprinkler location(s).
2. When finished, the immediately filled in the hole without completing the required city inspection. It was only because I had taken pictures which the city accepted.
All in all, the repair was done adequately, however, I thought they were careless with how they accessed the pipe and the lack of respect for other other homeowner systems.

If you're reading this review, you're like me and ran into a serious issue with your plumbing. You need help and don't know who to call or trust. Well let me tell you as story that's going to ease your pain. Get comfy, this might take a minute to read.
Rubber baby buggy bumper... <--- not Ai
Ok so I had a crew in my home they were doing some updates and repairs. Just like in life they messed up and hit a water line and completely destroyed it. We immediately shut the water off and asked what to do. The crew explained not to worry they would handle everything. Now this is midday on a Friday. Unbeknownst to me the crew called a plumber on their own and had them come out and fix the issue. I was kind of scared because I like to know who's coming in my house what their experience is and so on, but I took deep breaths and relaxed.
Now here's where this story gets even more scary and this review was almost 180 degrees different. The company informed me who was coming, when to expect him and not to worry. Josh showed up earlier than expected. Introduced himself and asked for permission to enter. He was shown the issue and after some investigation realized he wasn't going to be able to help. Not because he wasn't qualified or because anything to do with him at all. My house was built in 1930. I had old outdated galvanized pipe throughout my house. Poor Josh had nothing to tie safely into and the job wouldn't be done safely and to his standards. So the question became what can we do about this? (dreaded word sigh) REPIPE
That's right, whole new system from the street all the way under the house and to every fixture. The other company agreed. So today they arrived at 8am. They dug the main Josh was back and went into my crawlspace and out with old and in with the new... And I mean new EVERYTHING. under every faucet, to the hook ups for the washer. They were so polite, so clean, so precise, and so nice I wanted to have them over for a BBQ. Josh even gave us a small fix to get through the weekend. And as he predicted... It was leaking upon his return from the galvanized pipe.
Folks I hope you enjoyed this review because I am from Detroit Michigan ... Trust comes at a very high price where I come from. So please TRUST me when I tell you that this locally owned and operated business will do the job you need done with amazing results. Everyone from the diggers to Josh's young apprentice was absolutely amazing. I won't mention the price only because I didn't have to pay. I did hear the price and confirmed with Josh that it was indeed enough. Understand in today's age you don't have time and can't afford to make a mistake when hiring someone to help you. Take it from this city boy...
These people will satisfy almost all your piping needs‼️❗‼️
(think about it and you'll understand the almost. Much love Wichita)

When I called Bowers Plumbing the tub/shower spout was leaking around 2 1/2 gallons every 3 hours, unless the main was shut off. Eric, the technician, arrived only an hour after I called. He quickly identified the problem was behind the knob within the wall, offered two options with estimates, and answered all questions. He expertly completed this difficult job and made it look easy, including installing an updated trim kit. The spout no longer leaks and tub/shower now looks new. Plus separately, he installed an exterior faucet. Eric made the experience pleasant and stress free. Eric showed himself to be exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, polite, and helpful. I would recommend Bowers Plumbing and would use their service again.
