  Nathan the tech was very helpful and got the job done as well as give estimates to help us consider upcoming solutions. Free inspection and they were honest didn't push anything that didn't make sense. I put reasonable price because it's the going rate for big companies that are better at it otherwise it's high for the simple cleanout. Handyman services wouldn't be able to do as good as a job so you kind of get what you pay for though a good job well done

  Alex came to repair the issues with our AC, being without that in the middle of 100+ degree weather is miserable enough! He was professional, prompt with his responses and had a lot of knowledge in what he was doing. You can tell he cares about his job. Michael came to help us out with portable units while we waited for a part for the repair, he was also polite and professional. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for service and would be using them again in the future if the need arises.

  Great professionals! Brian, Josh & Ben were very friendly and easy to work with. Main water line to the house broke between the meter and snapped at the foundation. They were able to have water restored to my house by the end of the work day. They cleaned up their mess and were very friendly. Price was fair compared to other companies. Brian came in and did a full inspection. I would highly recommend Bowers

  We are new to Wichita and were in need of a plumber. When you don’t have a personal recommendation you turn to Google and look at other experiences with a business. I was pleased that we were able to get someone out quickly. Taylor was our plumber and we couldn’t have been more pleased. He was very thorough in assessing the issues we had called them for and walking through some additional issues he saw in our 64 year old home. He helped us understand what is most pressing and made sure we understood all aspects of the job. Taylor was also very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the house was tidy. He put on shoe covers every time he walked into the house. I am so thankful that we’ve found such amazing service and reasonable pricing.

  Derek came out to follow up on an earlier call where I had some questions. He checked everything over personally even though it was 2 months ago. He took time to talk and teach me about my unit and some future planning since it is so old. Derek didn’t have to come back and could have just said that the service was already done but he values customer satisfaction and is just a chill dude to talk to. In a society where people tend to cut corners and not care, Derek went above and beyond for me and was HAPPY to do it! I appreciate him!
