  They say they are 24/7, they can tell you what the problem is some of the time, but they cant repair anything 24/7, $199 to tell us our AC is broken which we already knew, they couldn't tell us when they could get back out here, how much it was going to cost, if they even have the parts, just that we had a bad fan motor which i could have guessed by the sound it was making. we are out $200 and its going to be the hottest weekend of the summer and then he acted smug and told us to have a good weekend when our house is close to 90 degrees inside. I wouldn't recommend these guys.

  Fast efficient! Clean work and professional. I gave five stars only because I couldn’t give 6. I called at 9:30 pm with a water heater that was leaking. They responded quickly and provided options. I scheduled for the next morning and it was done by noon. I had to do nothing. This is coming from a general contractor, I work in the industry. This type of service is hard to find this day and age. I’d recommend them and will be scheduling any upgrades with them in the future.

  We had Jaden come out and service that A/C side of our HVAC system, real friendly, great guy, explains in easy to understand detail what is wrong and what he is going to do to get it back up and running!

  American Services was great! Of course the hottest day of June our air conditioner starts to make a weird sound and blow hot air. They were able to get us in the same day and fix the problem. Doug was awesome. He fixed the problem quickly, had all the parts, and the pricing was reasonable. Thank you American Services and Doug!
