  I had Emergency with my roof. And it turned out to be a lot worse than we anticipated once they got started working. And these guys in the entire company have been very helpful for me and they were very communicative from the beginning. They were upfront about everything. And there was an unexpected small cost. After the fact that was understood that I needed to pay a little bit extra. Due to some rotting wood from having absolutely no water protectant on my roof to begin with. So now my roof is all new and safe and beautiful. And the cleanup job was superb. I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely be using them for more jobs in the future.

  I trusted All States to replace the siding on my house and 2 of my bathrooms and their teams absolutely delivered. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our projects. Something that made me choose All States Home Improvement initially was their warranty, their in-depth knowledge, the overview they provided us of their products, and their proven reliability. Gerardo and his team did our siding and they did an excellent job and were extremely professional. Each day they went over everything they did, answered any questions or concerns we had, showed up promptly, and quickly finished our project. Everything was cleaned up well when they left each day and following the project made sure there were no loose material. The siding looks amazing and I’m very pleased with the results. Greggory did our 2 bathroom projects and we were blown away with results. We valued his work ethic, kindness, communication, and knowledge. He is very detail oriented and made sure to include us in every little step of the project, which was appreciated. We are grateful for the work he did in our home to not only improve our bathrooms but he helped in making the areas safer and better for our family. I can’t recommend All States Home Improvement enough.

  Slowest company ever , I started a complete exterior remodeling project. Back in September of 2025. Shingles removed and installed by 5 excellent Latino men in a proper amount of time. The siding just got finished 3 weeks ago. , Still waiting on paint and gutters. Here it is May 10th. 4 months from a year. Don't believe " Let our family work for you " . 4 Latinos installed the siding. I spent 5k on a need backdoor 8 weeks on that. Never again

  It was an excellent experience! Everybody, all the workers, they were polite, hard working, they were all respectful, clean cut, and prompt. We started with a deck project with Joey the salesman, he was not pushy, let us make our own decision, and listened to us. Once the deck started getting torn out, Josh & Johnnie, discovered a bunch of wood rot on the house. Josh and Johnnie cleaned up very thoroughly every day. They called Chad the deck project manager and he came out and talked to us about the wood rot and siding. We didnt understand how necessary it was and Chad was very patient and explained why it was needed and wasnt pushy either. He answered questions we had and got Joey back out here instantly. We had other companies that were very pushy and didnt explain things the way Allstates did. Then Richard and Kolbi came out for the windows and doors. It was fascinating how quickly they removed the windows and doors. You could tell they been doing this for a long time. Jason came out and installed the siding, he was great. Fernando came out and painted and did a nice job painting. We were nervous the paint wouldnt match with the old paint but you cant tell. Alba came by to check on the siding crew and the paint. How can i forget to talk about the schedulers Shanda and Don. They kept us informed and up to date. They had horrible weather to contend with and usually you have problems with other companies calling you and keeping you up to date. Thank you Allstates Home Improvement!

  We are very satisfied with our new deck. Not only does it look amazing, the construction is so solid. Chuck and his son Conner were wonderful. My husband was impressed with Chuck's attention to the smallest details, and his expertise in the construction of our deck. Chuck even received praise from two inspectors who came by one afternoon. They told me, "You're going to have a really sturdy, nice deck. They're doing things that are above and beyond what is required in building your deck." I wished I would have recorded the praise report to share with Chuck. Chuck and Conner kept us updated during, and at the end of each day what would be happening. Both were very respectful and felt like "family" to us by the time the deck was completed. The entire process was made smooth, starting with the initial phone call I made to ask about a consultation. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the receptionists . who took my first phone call. She was so pleasant. We also appreciate Chad and Tyler for sharing the companies history and providing knowledge of the building process and materials to be used. We thank Justin for checking in also. Their patience with our questions was appreciated. The phone and email updates from Kerry and Shanda made us feel up to date and comfortable with our question of "what comes next". We are now looking forward to the installation of our new windows in June. We are hoping the installation of the windows will be as positive an experience as our deck was!
