  All State came out to my home on one of the hottest days of the summer with not one complaint about the heat. Cory and Richard just pushed forward like big window warriors. Way to go, guys! I truly appreciated your kindness, professionalism, and perseverance. My new basement windows look wonderful, and the change made a huge difference in the appearance of my home. Chad even drove out to Cheney to check on the project to make sure everything was running smoothly. I also appreciate the communication I had with Don. Great job!

  First off, we had a master bathroom shower and tub remodel which we are extremely happy with. It was a large project which required tearing out those areas of the bathroom, building a whole new wall, new flooring, new tub and much larger walk-in shower (in a totally different location), cabinet installation and painting. Were there a few minor issues along the way? Yes, but for such a large project you're kidding yourself if you don't think a few things won't pop up here or there. But again, minor things that All States took care of. They seem to be very busy and construction material can come in slow sometimes so there were a few delays but again this can be expected with such a large project. It is what it is! They did call repeatedly to give us updates and ensure us that they were coming so communication was fantastic. Ali, our salesperson, was a joy to work with. Gregory is the one who did that vast majority of the work and this guy was the energizer bunny. He worked nonstop and would have slept at the house probably if we would have let him. He was also very easy to work with, accommodating with our schedule, cleaned up at the end of every day and always started the day with "Good Morning!" He always made me smile and the world needs more men like him. Chase was great to work with and also a shout out to the folks at Bell Mirror & Glass Inc. for a job well done. I would absolutely recommend and if given the chance you will not be disappointed! Pictures are one of the old setup with tub. Sorry, didn't have a picture of the old shower but it was incredibly small and in the same small room as the toilette. The others show the new wall and large walk-in shower.

  From the initial contact with our Sales Rep Marcus and Shanda, the scheduler, we started our journey to get a new deck. Chad did an awesome job, helping with communication and ensuring that everything was going as it should on this major project. From the demolition of the old deck, Jimmy’s crew with Troy, Sean, Zach and Tyler removed all of the old deck and worked with Mel’s concrete crew with Adrian, Christian, and Roberto to take out old concrete and create the new patio and concrete steps. Regardless of who was working at our home, team members were respectful, conscientious of cleaning up the workspace in our yard on a daily basis, and communication was fluid through out the process. Job Well Done!

  We had a few windows replaced by All States Home Improvement. They had a great crew that worked together to make the project come together seamlessly. We first met with Jeff, our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the right windows. Doug was the measure tech and did a great job getting accurate measurements for a perfect installation. Don, the scheduler was helpful in getting our job scheduled. Richard was our installer and did a great job installing the windows. He was polite and respectful and was able to do most of the work on his own. Colton stopped by to help with the heavy lifting. Chad, the project manager stopped by to make sure things were going smoothly and to answer any questions that we had. Overall, it was great experience, and these guys knew what they were doing and used quality products and quality workmanship.

  We did our due diligence in researching companies to remodel our bathroom. After researching companies in Salina and Wichita, we decided to ask All States Home Improvement to look at our project and provide an estimate to complete the bathroom project. Erin Gordon scheduled a visit with us and promptly showed for the appointment. She provided us with expert analysis of what would be required to do the job. After showing us different materials and bathroom hardware, and walking us through the entire process to include a cost estimate, we decided to ask All States to remodel our bathroom. All States ordered the materials and scheduled a date and time to start the project. Jeff Richey and Sam Slaughter showed up at exactly the scheduled date and time. They explained exactly what they would be doing and gave us a date to completion. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. When they completed the work on the first day, they cleaned up their equipment and all debris. On the second construction day they promptly showed up and completed the project. After removing their equipment and all debris, they showed us the completed project. We were amazed at the transformation of the bathroom. They did a fantastic job and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you All States for making our bathroom safe and aesthetically pleasing. You are at the top of our list for our next project.
