- MBMichael BoyerJul 30, 20261.0I ordered a window and said it needed to be a blockstyle to fit my existing style of brick. She ordered the window and said 6-8 weeks. They were supposed to call me when it came in. I never got a call tell I called them and confirmed my window was there 2 months later.Upon pickup the window appeared as not a block, but a nail screw on window. Since all their windows are special order they said they don't do returns. Just a bad experience all around and I wouldn't recommend. It left a real bad taste for me to ever do business with this company again.
