    The water pump on our tire loader went out and they told us to bring it in to their shop so it could be rebuilt. We did the labor ourselves of taking it off the loader and brought the water pump to them. They charged us $1700 to rebuild it, for a job that is only rated at 30 to 60 minutes tops. Even worse, we could have bought 2 brand new water pumps for that amount. While we understand that the purpose of a business is to make money, a business should also take care of its customers. Charging such an outrageous amount for a simple rebuild job, especially when they could have bought 2 brand new ones for the same price. That's the kind of shady business practice that can put their own customers out of business...

    They wouldn't repair a hydraulic hose fitting on a mower that I even purchase there. Instead they wanted to sell me a $200 hose. Took it to Lawrence Hose and Hydraulics where they gladly fixed it for $25. No reason for me to ever return to that dump.
