    If I could give 10-stasrs,I would! I've never met a technician like him before. Very personable. When we spoke over the phone, got to know a little bit before we spoke about business. Very knowledgeable, broke things down so I could understand. He made me feel very comfortable. This would be a high stress situation, Scott put me at ease. Hope you guys pay him well to keep him.     My experience with the technician one on one was absolutely fantastic. The technician addressed all my needs and was clear and even communicated any type of preventative measures. I should take after he had finished the work. However, booking with a company and even talking with the company directly was horrendous. At one point I was even told that there was nothing they could do from their end, even though that was the exact place that I was directed to call. if there was an issue I had booked an appointment specifically between 12 PM and 5 PM during one day and received an AI driven message that the appointment had been moved, but upon contacting them found out that it wasn’t actually moved, and then shortly after was contacted again, saying that it actually had been moved. I contacted their dispatch and let them know that the following day I had obligations in the morning and would not be able to take an appointment past a certain time. They told me this was not an issue. They would make sure that the person arrived in time. Unfortunately, they dispatched the person at the correct time, but the person didn’t arrive for nearly an hour and a half which conflicted with the appointment that I had had. During that time, I contacted them three separate times and was told that they didn’t know why they were arriving late, it was out of their control, there was nothing they could do, and a variety of other excuses. Technician was great when he arrived and did a wonderful job.

    When I made the appointment, I explained that the google doorbell wouldn't ring inside the house & that it was likely the transformer. The technician couldn't fix it, said the electrical was fine & that it was a technical issue. Since he fixed nothing, he thought it should be at no charge. However, the office said yes charge anyway & they did. I don't blame the technician for doing his best, but if they are going to charge for failing to fix the situation then I will not do business with them again.

    Our family had an emergency sewer line blockage on a Sunday in Emporia, Kansas. After calling several other plumbing companies in Emporia and getting no response, Blue Dot came to the rescue. Gary came out to assess the situation and attempted to unblock the sewer. Unfortunately, in that process, his machine burned up. He had to drive two hours round trip to get a new machine. When he returned, he was able to remove the blockage (tree roots) and did a phenomenal job cleaning up the work space. Gary went above and beyond for our family, especially during a challenging time. He is an honest employee, knowledgeable, and was so helpful and kind. Thank you Gary and Blue Dot!!

    Kyle did a great job! He took the time to look for the source of the problem with the drain instead of just clearing it and leaving, which I really appreciated as a non-expert in the field, and he explained to me how the pipe tilt was causing the drain back up before he fixed it. He did his due diligence making sure the drain was completely cleared before packing up. I was initially thinking that there would be a mess for me to clean up once he was done, but Kyle left it looking just as clean as it was before he started working under the sink, a true professional. He unequivocally earned the 5 star review and I’m so glad we got him to fix our sink!
