  Ever since change in ownership with Blue Dot, any of our maintenance scheduled for our heating or air-conditioning they end up getting rescheduled at the last minute. We only stay because it’s under warranty with them. If I could go back in time, I would pick a different company to install new heating and air-conditioning units in our home.

  I became a Blue Dot customer because they have always responded quickly to my urgent plumbing calls. Last year Blue Dot's plumbing technicians performed complex work to re-route our kitchen sink drain line which had ruptured. The technicians skillfully completed the work in one day and the price was less than I expected. From there, we joined the loyalty program and have appreciated the electrical and HVAC maintenance inspections. Most recently, Trey inspected our AC unit and he was very thorough in his work. At the end, he presented some items that needed attention in the order of priority. He performed the work I requested in a very timely manner. I am highly satisfied with Blue Dot; they provide me with peace of mind.

  Carter @ Blue Dot was top notch. I have a distrust for most people that come to work on the things in my house I do wish to handle due to poor quality workmanship and/or communication in the details. Carter gave me the opportunity to trust again. He was very professional, detail oriented, and his level of care was as if it were his own home. I cannot say enough about his expertise, process of elimination, and effort into solving the problem.

  Logan called and said he was 15 minutes away. Showed up on time. I went through the light fixture I wanted to have him install. He listen and asked questions. Explain what will need to be done. The estimated time and cost. I agreed . I went to work and it is very very hot today , he went into the attic. Came down and explained that it is a very tight squeeze, plus very hot. Would like to come back in the morning when it is cooler. Very nice young man. I agreed Will see him next week. Morning

  I received two emails from Blue Dot over the weekend thanking me for letting them serve my home. Problem is they didn’t serve my home at all. No one came by. All I did was call them asking for an update for a part they allegedly ordered for my AC system. No one called me back and they certainly didn’t give me any service whatsoever.
