Wally is the man! I had a tough clog that I could not get, and another reputable KC company only gave a half effort and said I would likely need to jackhammer my slab and replace. Wally got the job done, cleaned up very nicely and was a friendly nice guy. I will ask for Wally next time. Reddi Service as a whole is best KC plumbing company and I have tried all of them. Thanks again.
Saturday night at 8:30 PM, we had a backed-up main line, and Austin was at our house within an hour. The clog was in a tough spot, but he stuck with it and eventually got everything sorted out.
You could genuinely tell that he cared about doing a great job and took pride in his work. That kind of service is hard to find these days.
Would highly recommend Austin and this business! Great experience from start to finish.

Daniel was polite, professional, and punctual. He asked the right thorough questions, and after explaining what other companies did to work on our plumbing we decided to use another company who were able to descale and solve the issue. We appreciate Daniel’s honesty and knowledge of what was most likely happening. He saved us from wasting time and money.

Reddi was great! After 24 years my AC compressor finally called it quits on a Thursday morning. Tino was able to come out and take a look within hours. I knew it was past time to replace and I received two bid options within a couple hours of Tino leaving. I opted for the entire furnace, AC and A coil as the price more than reasonable. A crew of two showed up the following morning and I had the AC back on by Monday evening. The job was buttoned up Tuesday morning and here I sit, typing this in the nice cool air. Thanks Tino and Reddi Services!! I shall definitely call them out to my house for future services.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Reddi Services.
5 different technicians came to our house without solving the problem with our plumbing, and cost us over $700.
Our main drain backed up, and the first technician’s manager recommended removing the toilet to snake the line instead of using the existing basement cleanout. This increased the cost of the visit to about $500 instead of $200. The line backed up again within a couple of days. They returned under warranty and cleared it again, but it backed up a second time only a few days later.
I then paid another $200 for a camera inspection. The technician said the camera could not get past what was described as mineral buildup and recommended a trailer-mounted hydrojet for $738. We scheduled the hydrojet for Monday between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m., and I even called that morning to confirm the appointment. By 5:00 p.m. no one had arrived or contacted us. When I called, I was told we weren’t actually on the schedule until the following day due to an administrative error that they refused to admit and rudely told me I was incorrect. After explaining that we had already gone several days without being able to use our primary bathrooms, someone finally came out around 7:00 p.m. I wasted an afternoon that I took off work.
The technician that showed up at 7pm then told us the trailer-mounted hydrojet was not practical for our basement setup, and instead recommended replacing the affected section of pipe. A plumber came out days later and quoted approximately $1,500 to replace it.
Instead, my dad and I replaced the exposed section of pipe ourselves in about four hours for roughly $120 in materials. During the repair we found a large wad of toilet paper completely obstructing the pipe. Not mineral build up. Since replacing that section, the drainage problem has been resolved. What not one of the technicians diagnosed in the line is that it had a sag that was allowing the build up to occur.
Beyond the repeated service calls, I was disappointed with the overall customer experience. My bathroom was not cleaned well after the toilet was removed, the Service Manager messed with the water heater spraying water all over the basement, and Reddi Services marketing stickers were placed on my plumbing pipes, water heater, and other equipment without asking for my permission.
To Reddi Services’ credit, they did offer a partial refund of $160 after I discussed my concerns with management, which I appreciate. However, after spending over $700 on services that ultimately did not resolve my problem and spending over a month without functioning bathrooms, I don’t feel the outcome justified the cost or the inconvenience. This check came after weeks of waiting and miscommunication between staff members. We were originally told we would receive our $500 back from the original service.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Reddi Services.
