    Davion was able to restore our ac. That was very welcome news since we’ve been in this heat wave for several weeks now. He did a great job. We still have the leak, a reason for the original call on June 19th. However, getting the AC on was the most important thing. I may need a future repair for that.

    UPDATE: Got a call from Zach the service manager after posting the below review. I appreciate the active call to let me know they sent the quote three times. I provided him three different emails via text so he can just cut and paste to ensure correct spelling. I finally got an email from Zach and upon inspection of the email chain it shows that my email was typed wrong. Thank you for contacting me. I can’t rate this company on actual service as they couldn’t even get me a quote for work. I’m looking for an HVAC system check to see if we can benefit from an upgrade to get a cooler house. They knew what I was looking for g for and sent a young man that just started by himself, then was told that he is not allowed to give quotes since he is new?!?! So, why are you here? Then I waited several days for a call that was suppose to schedule another guy who could give an actual quote. No word from them so I called and got on the schedule. Came out several days later with a new guy and the same kid as before. Started from scratch on looking at everything and said they would get me quote by next day and make sure to check spam folder. Waited 3 days still nothing, so I called again. They tracked guy down and he was on a roof somewhere and said that I would have it later that night. Nothing the next day and all this time I’m checking spam folders. Called again two days later and was on hold for a bit, I guess trying to find out what is the hold up, got back on the line and aid they file is big so they are going to send it through the bosses email. Waited two more days and nothing. So called one more time, said I was waiting on a quote from a week ago and she said looking at the notes in the system I need someone to come out and look to give a quote. I told her no, you guys have been out twice and I have gotten nothing. I asked her to please make a note that if they can’t send me a quote by that evening then remove me from their system because I’m moving on. Drum roll please…….still got nothing. So that is my review, can’t help you on work quality but can speak to lack of follow through on just getting a quote. Good luck

    Damon did a great job. He ran the drain cleaner up and down the drain. Then ran the camera through the drain then ran the cleaner up and down the drain several more times. That’s exactly what I requested done. I appreciated his professionalism.

    The replacement of the shower/tub valve took longer than it should have and the top of the tub was scratched by the tools used and a small nick in the tub from the saw used was present. When Reddi Services was notified a tech came out and took a photo of the nick in the tub and did not determine if water was seeping into the wall. I recieved an e-mail from Reddi Services saying that they determined that this was not done by their tech and was not going to take responsibility for the damage. I sent an e-mail back stating that Reddi Services will no longer get my business. I went to Home Depot and purchased a small repair kit and fixed the tub myself.

    Nathan Swisher pumped our grease trap @ProvidencePizza. He and the team who helped us last time were curteous, fast, professional and helpful. The Reddi Service team has been informative and given us good advice to help maintain our plumbing, while they have been able to solve troublesome issues in the past. Fair price! I highly recommend!
