- WLWilliam LaymanApr 22, 20262.0He showed up on time. That is why there are 2 stars. 9 months ago they replaced a faucet to the outside. Had to cut into the ceiling for access. Paid 500 bucks. So it was turned off for winter and apparently froze and popped a hole in the faucet. If the faucet had been angled down as they are supposed to be it may not have frozen... anyway I might have paid for the second repair however it went from 500 to 1000 dollars to replace a spigot and there is clear access to it now. I asked him how he was pricing it... parts and labor.. he said I dont make the prices, it's standard... AB MAY has bought Lutz and it does not seem to be a good thing for customers. Beware!!!
