- BBBlake BMay 29, 20265.0I cannot recommend this business highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely flawless. We had them install Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) throughout our home, and the results are stunning. LVP requires an eye for detail to look truly seamless, and their team nailed it. The transitions are perfect, the leveling is spot-on, and you can tell they take immense pride in their craftsmanship. What really set them apart, though, was their **extreme professionalism**. They showed up exactly on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and treated our home with the utmost respect. The crew worked efficiently, kept a clean workspace, and left everything spotless when they finished. If you want a flooring company that combines top-tier expertise with incredible customer service, look no further. They are worth every single star!

Nine months after the floor was installed it began separating in multiple spots. I contacted the owner directly multiple times and it was fixed 4 months later. Two months after it was fixed, (July 2025) the floor began separating again. I contacted the owner and she stated we would be put on the schedule to have the floor fixed. It is now May 2026, 10 months later and I have contacted the owner and business number multiple times. I was told a few times that they would be out to fix it on a certain day but they never showed. They are not returning calls nor making an effort to have the floor fixed. The floor is breaking and peeling at this point and has sharp edges which I relayed. I am so disappointed with this company and do not recommend it.
