  We purchased our Tuff Shed directly from the Lenexa, KS location. Jennifer was very helpful and responsive with offering pricing and details for the various options that we were interested in. The installation of the shed was fantastic. The crew showed up within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and got straight to work. We don't have a single complaint and would highly recommend ToughShed.

  We recently purchased another Tough Shed, and working with Jennifer Mason made this experience exceptional from start to finish. We have purchased from Tough Shed before, but this was such an elevated experience compared to our last purchase. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, construction, and the multitude of options available. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all of our questions, and help us make decisions that were right for our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her expertise made the entire process easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was Jennifer’s dedication to her customers. She stayed over an hour past her scheduled time to make sure we could finish our sale and get everything exactly the way we wanted it. That level of commitment and customer service is rare!   Got a few quotes for a shed. Frustrating until I contacted Tuff Shed. Great experience through the entire process. Concrete to planning went very smooth and quick. My support was Jennifer, great information and follow through. She even works weekends. Only company I contacted that can do it all, I highly recommend. Price was good also to others from a brand that is well known.

  We went in feeling uncertain and left completely confident in our decision. Jennifer was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and made everything easy to understand. Long story short, we ordered a custom-built shed, and the entire experience was fantastic. The team came out and built it exactly as promised, and I absolutely love it! The quality exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We love, love, love our shed.
