  We really enjoy working with Lancaster brothers. The techs are very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and extremely respectful of our home. Removing shoes before they come inside explaining the service they are about to perform, no hidden fees, very upfront with cost and needed service rather than trying to oversell. Their customer service over the phone is great! They were flexible, understanding and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

  Donald was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s a holiday weekend and he got out to our house quickly and solved the problem quickly.

  The technician John, called ahead with arrival time and showed up timely. He did summer maintenance and replaced filters. He was very informative about what he was doing and provided outstanding service. Recommend Lancaster for heating and cooling service as I have used them for years.
