  Needed wiring installed for a new washer and dryer setup in the basement. The electrician planned everything carefully so the outlets were easy to access but still looked clean against the wall. He finished later than expected because of old wiring complications, though he stayed until the entire setup was working safely.

  Drew and the crew were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and very communicative. They showed up when they said they would and were incredibly respectful. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I think they left everything cleaner than when they started.

  Justin evaluated cause of one fixture spontaneously turning off and back on. He replaced wall switch, took ceiling light fixture and fan apart, checked and adjusted connections, checked wall outlets in the room, and checked circuit breaker panel.

  Two technicians arrived on time. They were both friendly and efficient. The billing information was carefully explained to me prior to starting work. I have used Fusion a couple of times before and will use them again.

  Josiah was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and share all the possible options and costs before beginning the work. He also did an extra healthy check to make sure there were no other immediate problems.
