We ran into a issue with it running water thru 2 floors and in to crawl space.. damaged my brand new floor, some sheet rock and caused mold in the crawl space.. all I wanted was a solution and instead the owner blamed insulation guys, the GC, and then me..Hiatt made crazy demands to fix and never made have us a real solution.. GC hosted a direct Hvac and they make the fixes.. i don't know how this was blamed on everyone but no solution were ever offered by Hiatt. I will highly recommend doing your own homework before hitring

Last night (where the overnight low was 80) our AC started flipping its breaker and we assumed it was the capacitor bc we had the same issue a couple years back. I spent most of the morning working on the solution and calling to see who could get out here quickest. Saw a FB post suggest Hiatte services and I called. That was at 10:20 am -- its now 11:54 and AC is up and going again and so far holding strong. They have heard a return customer when I need anything for the AC.
