  Called a week and a half ago to get a quote on a simple electric outlet installation said he was gonna get back with me that same day. Haven't heard anything. I got more jobs but if they don't want them, who else does plumbing and electrical?

  Had problems finding a plumber that wasn't swamped. Called a few w no luck. We happen to know Shannon here. She conveyed to the guys what we needed. They were swamped too. Backed up was thinking it w be awhile before they could here. Nathan called Mon evening n they showed up today Tues 😳 got us taken care of all day job, but the guys took good care of us professionally got us all fixed up. Very good equipment cleaned stuff up n back up running toilets, water, sinks everything. Thank you n huge shout out to all who helped out. Appreciate you all alot.

  If I could give zero stars, I would! I absolutely do NOT recommend Theel Plumbing Heating and Cooling for HVAC! Our AC unit was brand new in November of 2022. We have had nothing, but issues with it since then. We had over $3000 worth of ‘repair’ charges for work that didn't actually fix the issues! That’s a third of the cost of the entire unit! We have been on the phone with everyone up to the owner, who might I add is the one who came out for the initial consultation, stood in our dining room and guaranteed my husband and I that the unit we were buying would keep our house at 65 degrees. Makes me regret replacing our 40 year old unit as it was actually able to do what we were guaranteed this unit could. I’m not typical one to write bad reviews, BUT I am beyond frustrated that it’s the beginning of May barely 70 degrees and the unit can’t keep the house below 70! If a negative review saves someone else from making the same mistake, it’s worth it! Don’t use Theel!

  When we were searching for a new HVAC system the owner came to do a consultation. During which my wife and I told him we keep our house at 65 degrees all year long. I asked him if the unit he sold us didn’t perform the way we needed to, would we have to eat the cost replacing it with a bigger unit? He insisted that the unit he was going to sell us would do the same thing. It has not! My wife and I called and messaged him many times summer and he has not offered to replace it. The owner lies and will never admit he was wrong. Our unit was replaced in November of 2022. We only replaced it because it started leaking Freon and we were told that was our only choice. Last summer, our new unit started having trouble keeping up, but wouldn’t you know warranty wouldn’t cover anything. The unit froze up and we were without air for 2 days while we waited for a technician to come out to assess the unit. I told him my kids (now 1 and 3) couldn’t sleep in that heat and he didn’t care. Between the Freon they added, the labor charges, and travel charges for the multiple times they came out to try to ‘fix’ the issue, we have spent over $3000. That’s an over 1/3 of the original purchase price of the HVAC system in just a year and a half of owning it. Today is May 5th, 2025, the temp outside is 70 degrees. However, our house is 72 degrees and won’t go below that.. I’m currently consulting a lawyer due to his outright lie he told my wife and I when we inquired if the unit would meet our needs and his guarantee that it would. It’s sad that the unit he replaced was there for over 40 years and never had trouble keeping the house at 65 degrees. Hindsight is 20/20. Don’t make our mistake! If you can go with any other company than Theel, DO IT!

  Fantastic and quick service! We called in the morning, and they came to fix our AC after hours, after a long, hot day of servicing others! We are impressed and grateful.
