  Javier came today to work on my AC. He is a wonderful employee, who worked diligently in the heat to clean my dirty AC. Javier is so easy to talk with. I cannot praise him highly enough! He represents great value to your company. Thank you, Javier, for a job, well done!

  Francisco was very nice. He was able to replace a capacitor and clean the units. I must admit I was not entirely convinced it was fixed. It took quite awhile for the house to cool down. Since our units are old we had them come out to bid a replacement system. I would recommend, very professional company.

  Only 2 things were good about this experience. One Hour came on the weekend when our air was weakened. We are back to having a cooled off house. Everything else was bad. On the first visit, Javier told us that our units water levels were high and the little disc that monitored it was saturated. And needed dried out. He mentioned a few other things that escape me right now. Quoted us $400. My husband asked 3 times if that would get us up and running. He assured us that it would. Okay- we could handle that. After working for awhile, he comes back and says the disc isn’t drying out, we need more Freon, a tune up etc…… then says it’s going to cost $991. My husband told him that we don’t have that much money to pay and that he told us it would be $400. Javier basically backed us into a wall pretty much saying “pay it or I’m leaving.” So he wanted an extra $600 or he’d leave us and our 6 year old son in a sweltering house. We didn’t have money for a hotel lord knows. I went and borrowed the money from my 81 year old dad to cover it. Then Francisco comes for our tune up on the 18th…… my husband tells him that our AC unit is in our attic. Francisco right away says that he doesn’t want to go up there. It’s probably really hot, really doesn’t want to go up there, etc. I have to ask- what kind of professionalism is that? We can’t help where it’s at. Our house is 73 years old. Long story short, he was up there for a little while but we’re not sure if he did anything or not. What an awful experience. You all are a great service for the rich people in Mission Hills but you’re not suited for the everyday man that lives on a budget. But thank you for getting us up and running again.

  She is one of the best of all my technicians that I ever had. I had to say it that it will never happen to more people, the company needs to tell the new customer that you don’t remove refrigerators. I needed her to get into the heater and check the capacity of the heater and AC. It was very important for me because I had to change it twice. I spent a lot of money because of the lack of knowledge of the previous company. I have not read yet her report, but I asked her to check the capacity. I like the fact that she is detailed and professional wearing the booties . She was on time too. Thanks.
