  Caden came to give us a quote for a new HVAC system. While we ended up going with another company with a package that suited us better, we had a great experience with the process. Quick and easy to schedule an appointment for the estimate. Caden came by that very afternoon. He was knowledgeable and came prepared with information and printouts for us to look at. Gave us honest opinions. Was super patient with our questions and clear at explaining things. We never felt like we were being sold to. It was honestly a very close decision for us. Would recommend to at least check them out.

  Will was very thorough and detail oriented. He checked little things that others overlook. He informed me our capacitor was at the lower limit of operating range. He recommended future replacement. I opted to do so now and avoid future problems. I upgraded to a much better capacitor, and I benefited from some nice discounts through my One Hour membership and that it was done at the same time as a scheduled preventative maintenance service.

  The team was great. They came out on a Sunday. Spent about an hour at my home trying to fix the problem. Turns out my system is too complicated and even though they couldn’t fix it they gave me a detailed write up on what they thought the issue was and all the diagnostic information they could gather. The technician was honest and very friendly, they didn’t end up charging me for the service. My system a Lennox isn’t an easy brand to work on and I was told while they couldn’t fix it, it would likely be way more expensive and take way more time than necessary because they’d have to go through Lennox anyway. Great service would use again but I would 100 percent never buy a Lennox system again. It’s only 3 years old and had a catastrophic failure of the compressor.

  Called these guys for my AC not running properly on a Saturday afternoon. Tech named Sean came out within a few hours and easily diagnosed the problem. My AC had frozen up due to a bad blower. Sean stated he couldn’t get parts in from the manufacturer until the next Monday. Sean made sure first thing Monday morning he was on the phone with the manufacturer and obtained needed parts within a few hours. Sean came back out to the house and installed parts. AC now working great. One hour, especially Sean will certainly help you out if they can regardless of the day of the week. Customers need to remember on the weekends, they may not be able to completely fix your problem but they will always follow up with you and make sure you are taken care of. Sean made sure my house and family were taken care of and made us as comfortable as possible over the hot weekend until he was able to obtain the parts needed. One hour is your company in need. I won’t call anyone else.

  On a 100-degree Saturday, our air conditioner stopped working. We called One Hour around 6pm., fully expecting we’d have to wait until the next day, but they had a technician at our house within, of course, one hour. That’s when they diagnosed a major coil leak. Knowing we needed time to gather replacement quotes, the technician added refrigerant to get us through temporarily and explained that it was only a short-term solution. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain our options without making us feel pressured. He was at our home until 10pm, on a Saturday. The following Monday, we met with four different HVAC companies for replacement quotes. While we were impressed with One Hour, we ultimately chose another company because their price was lower. Unfortunately, that company scheduled our installation for seven days later. When our AC started having problems again the next day, waiting another week in the middle of summer simply isn’t an option. Since we were already Club Members with One Hour, we called them back. They asked what led us to choose another company, and we explained that it came down to price. They were willing to work with us, and after negotiating, we were able to reach an agreement. Even better, they had our new system installed the very next morning, hallelujah! There are plenty of good HVAC companies in JoCo, but One Hour’s responsiveness truly sets them apart. Their ability to get to our home so quickly, work with us on pricing, and install a brand-new system within a day of our decision gave us tremendous peace of mind. The installation itself was incredibly thorough. They had several technicians on-site first thing in the morning, followed an extensive installation checklist, and took the time at the end to walk us through the new system, explain everything they had done, and answer all of our questions. Every technician and comfort advisor we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We’re grateful for the outstanding service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend One Hour to anyone looking for an HVAC company that truly puts its customers first.
