  The Mad City team were all very professional and listened to what I wanted in the cabinets. Alex and Blake installed the cabinets and did a top notch job. They take pride in their work and that really shows. The entire team were easy to work with during the entire process.

  Mad City’s handling of our tub replacement was excellent from start to finish. From the first sales visit to the final installation, they exhibited authenticity and commitment to their workmanship. We know who to call if we ever need similar work done in the future!

  We had 17 windows replaced on our home we had it done on 2 separate occasions both crews were very professional cleaned up after completion windows look fantastic the whole process was simple and price was great would hire for another project thanks Mad City

  Rep arrived late for appt at 630pm on a Monday evening. He told us he had been with the company for 1 year and seemed very knowledgeable. He had a very extensive presentation and stayed for 3.5 hours. We were upfront about being in the middle of receiving multiple quotes for windows to get the best deal for home. He was very quick to put down their competitors and tell us how time consuming collecting the quotes would be. He gave us a quote of $19k+, then it became $17k+ and got it down to $16,500. We signed the contract, left a deposit, and cancelled our remaining window appointments. The following night, another company came to our door, he didn’t realize we had cancelled but we decided to hear him out. We told him exactly what we wanted and what Mad City was offering. He was able to offer us a better window for a significantly lower cost. We immediately called Mad City to cancel our contract and we were within our 3 day cancellation period. The rep called us repeatedly and texted us asking what we were offered, asking to see the contract, etc. We were told to cancel, a manager HAD to come to the house to go over the cancellation process and it would take about 10 min. We could not sign anything digitally like we did when we signed the contract. The manager visit ended up being a 2nd sales pitch, that lasted over an hour, which we wanted nothing to do with. He was bashing the company we wanted to work with, speaking poorly about the previous rep saying he will be lucky if he has a job on Monday and the guy had only worked there 8 weeks anyway. We couldn’t tell who was being truthful. He got the price down by $1k, but we were still not interested. He was appalled that we weren’t taking his offer. He said if we wanted to go with a lower quality window for slightly less money that is will be our problem. I was not at the 2nd appt, my wife was alone, he asked her if she’d sign the contract without me knowing. Overall, very dishonest, unprofessional and aggressive.

  What an incredible experience I had with Mad City in Kansas City, MO! Alex, my installer, was AMAZING! The job was professionally done in TWO days. No dust throughout my house, protection of my floors and appliances, and open communication from start to finish led to an extremely pleasant experience for me!
