We were lucky enough to have Garrison Plumbing install all the plumbing in our new James Engle Custom home. We couldn't be happier with their work. We’ve used them here and there in years past. Additionally, I recently had an emergency issue with a water line (no fault of theirs) and they had a crew to my house in about 30 minutes. Here’s a few reasons I prefer them… 1. Prompt and Courteous: When I call the office, I get to talk to someone almost immediately. For the past few times, it’s been Caleb to answer. He can answer most questions I have even though I’m not always talking in “plumber” language. They make me feel like a VIP customer. I’ve had the opportunity to meet the owners Gary and Shannon a few times. They’ve always made me feel welcome. 2. Efficient and Neat: As I previously said, they’re quick to respond. Their work is: “no mess, no fuss”—just efficient service. You don’t get that anymore. 3. Transparent Pricing: They have always provided up-front pricing, ensuring there were no surprises. Their rates are affordable, making us feel we got a great value for the quality of work. 4. Reliable and Trustworthy: Their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart. Should have got the hint these guys are terrible when the water heater failed in less than 3 years. It was under warranty, but still had to pay a service fee and labor. That's not even the best part. The guy didn't even install it correctly and left a gas leak. I woke up this morning to the whole downstairs and basement smelling strong like gas. Not even an apology. Don't risk them blowing up your home. Call someone... anyone else.
