I had high hopes for this company…Kendall, designer/project manager came to my house on 4-22-26. She needed structural person to come out. She was going on vacation the next day. I wrote a clarification email the day we met. She said can we meet a week from Thursday, which would have been 4-30-26. “Of course.” I never heard from her.
So I sent an email 5-21-26, thinking she would be back from vacation 4 weeks later. No response. So typical of contractors and so disappointing!

Poor customer service. Called about an estimate. Talked to Kendal who advised she would call back to check on service range. Never heard from again. Also, don’t advertise on a metro radio station if you only work in 1/4 of the metro area.

CMP did a comprehensive main floor remodel for us - added a walk-in pantry, reconfigure kitchen, reface fireplaces, powder room, laundry room, mudroom remodel, new LVP flooring, hardwood floor refinishing. All their services were under one roof. Minimal subcontacting. We were very pleased with the quality and speed of the work. Finished on budget, ahead of schedule. Great communication, very few issues and only 1 change order. Price was comparable to other quotes. We will definitely use them for another project!
