  They came when they said they would. He was clean and polite, we thought our problem was difficult he understood our issue he gave us a simple solution didn't try to up charge us. I will refer this company to my clients and also to other realtors.

  Ken’s Home Services delivered absolutely outstanding service. I discovered a leak in my kitchen ceiling coming from an upstairs bathroom, and they were able to come out quickly to take a look. Cody and Brant were phenomenal from start to finish. The issue turned out to be more complicated than expected because the previous homeowners had done a makeshift workaround on a broken pipe instead of repairing it properly. Cody tracked down the problem right away, explained everything clearly, and fixed it the right way—not just a temporary patch, but a real solution. Both Cody and Brant showed exceptional customer service the entire time. They were professional, thorough, and refused to leave until they were completely confident the leak was resolved. Their pricing was very reasonable, and honestly, the quality of their work and the care they put into it made it worth every penny. I highly recommend this company—they truly earned a five‑star review.

  We had a fun discovery over this past weekend where our garage and utility drains were backflowing. I was able to get on the schedule within a day as soon as I reached out to Ken’s. Unfortunately for us, a normal auger did not help and we learned that our tree had completely taken over the clay sewer pipe from our home. Ken Crosby detailed the issue and walked us through everything so we understood. We were able to get the pipe (and all the lovely roots) removed and replaced by Thursday and were able to fully use our home’s water without worry by 5pm. All in all, the whole process took only a few days (and that delay was due to rain). In the two days in between our pipe replacement, Ken set us up so we could at least use the restroom and take very quick showers. What’s great about Ken’s is that they don’t do work that doesn’t need to be done. During the process of replacing this pipe, the team found they did not need to fix as much as they previously thought. So, instead of continuing the work and wasting resources, they informed us of the good news and helped us save some money on the job. This is the second time we’ve had Ken Crosby out to our home for fun plumbing adventures, and I would call him and the Ken’s team every time. They respond quickly, are professional and extremely courteous, and don’t try to sneak in surprise charges. 10/10, use these folks!! And enjoy the lovely photo of what I am calling our yard dragon until it settles.
