  Marquies came out to clear my outdoor drain near my walkout basement before a storm where we're supposed to be getting torrential rain. This drain was constantly overflowing before. He was quick, polite, and good vibes all around!! very happy with the quick and reasonably priced service- and he showed me that the drain was working well before he left so I can sleep tonight not worrying about water in my basement. Thanks Marquies!!

  My yearly maintenance service was good, which is always something you want to hear. Especially when you know it’s coming from well trained professionals like Jimmy. The knowledge, advice, cost, and most importantly to me the experience is what keeps me going back to Polestar. My experience with Jimmy was respectful, helpful and honest. Something I truly appreciated.

  Tony walker came out to check on a leak we had behind a toilet we had. He was prompt, professional and both found and fixed the leak we had. He also got us set up with the right contacts to take care of the water cleanup and drywall replacement, both of whom responded with equal promptness and professionalism. They should honestly probably pay Tony more for what he does because it's great work!

  Had appointment for AC checkup between 8am-12. Received email at 9:47 that tech was finishing up last call and would be on his way. Called office again at 12:20 and was told he should be there soon, asked for eta, said dispatch would call me right back. 1:34 I called back to say I never received call back. After being placed on hold was told tech had issue on morning call but was finishing now up. 5:12 I called back and was told the tech shows he is driving to my house as we talked. I said interesting as he never called to give 30 minutes heads up per policy. 6:03 tech calls to say his GPS shows25 minutes away. Needless to say, I told him Polestar is not a company I would want to do business with. Would NOT do Business with Polestar.

  I had an AC inspection on Wednesday by Alex Coats. He was very professional and detailed oriented. He took time went through all the steps and explained the numbers showed on the test gadgets. He even opened the evaporator to show me the conditions of my unit. He was very courteous and thorough. Although I did not have any issue with my unit, I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the steps he took to complete the checking. Well done Alex! It was the first time I used Polestar for yearly inspection, I will definitely use him next time with AC or furnace issues. Thanks
