Even with the rain delay it was still done on a timely basis. The cost waa reasonable and the communication on what and when things would happen made the day go smooth. Thanks Angel. - RGRod GrantMay 12, 20265.0Just recently, I wanted to get my roof inspected, so my Dad recommended Nova because he had such a good experience with them. During their inspection, they discovered I had hail damage to my roof, gutters, down spouts, and window screens. So, they replaced everything, and they installed gutter covers as an additional service. My experience working with the Nova crew has been outstanding, and it has been a pleasure working with Adrienne and Edith. This is my first house, so filing claims and working with adjusters is new to me. Edith sat down with me, answered all of my questions, and patiently explained everything during the whole claims process. She also worked directly with the adjusters to make sure the repairs were covered, so that was a weight off my mind. I was also impressed with their professionalism and quality of workmanship (see attached pics). Not only that, the work was done quickly and on time, even during the rainy season like now. If you need any work done on your roof or gutters, I recommend going with Nova!
