  This was the first time having Cordell come to our home. We have been searching for a new HVAC person to keep our equipment in good shape. His communication was excellent, told me he was on the way. Cordell is personable and very knowledgeable!! I feel very confident having him work on our systems. He explained all I needed to know about the AC and his prices are very fair! I am relieved to have found him! I would highly recommend Cordell and this company!!

  Cordell definitely lives up to his name (Integrity). I had several companies come evaluate an issue I was having with my old system and give me quotes when I first bought my house. He was the only one who actually fixed the problem and didn’t just try to sell me on a new system because mine was so old. He also responded very promptly when I had a weekend furnace failure and was able to replace a part and get it running again. When it came time to actually replace the whole system, he was transparent about pricing and very communicative. The install went very quickly and they actually finished ahead of schedule. My dogs also gave them 5 ⭐️ for the attention and pets they provided. Will be using them for maintenance services and have recommended them to friends.

He is an excellent technician, and provides comprehensive assessments and adjustments and/or repair, at the most reasonable prices we’ve seen. He has the utmost integrity, and we highly recommend him for all of your heating and AC needs! He’s the best!

I didn't take replacing my system lightly and wanted all my ducks in a row before making a decision. From my very first interaction with Cordell, I knew Integrity was the right choice. He is thorough, communicative, polite and professional. He is keen on getting to the outcome you want as a homeowner. He will answer any question you have to ensure you can make an informed decision. When it came time for the replacement at my home, he and his team were prompt, efficient and kind to my family.
