  Josh and Chris arrived as scheduled. Looked over the issue, immediately figured out what was wrong and went to work correcting it. They offered a couple options on what they could do to fix it and what they could do to improve the system. I chose the one that best fit what we needed and the completed the work. Good operation all the way around.

  Antoinette is always soooo upbeat and considerate. I had to have new hvac and water heater installed last fall. So there were some phone calls back & forth, then water heater has been a bit of a bugger. It seems Antoinette is always on call after hours, and I told her she deserves a vacation! I can truthfully say all employees I've dealt with are very nice.

  Andrew found an issue with my heat pump that went unidentified by another company for months. Once identified, the issue was fixed by Aiden within 24 hrs. I rec'd easy-to-understand updates throughout the process & a full report with stats & pictures after the work was completed. I HIGHLY recommend DeHart for HVAC/heat pump issues.

  Aiden did a wonderful job. He got here right on time and was polite and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I may have had and walked me through the new installation. They helped my family by replacing a unit that was negligently installed by another company we were assigned after a home warranty claim. Needless to say we canceled the home warranty and contacted De Hart to come review the work and then got it corrected. Their installation process gives peace of mind because you know they are completing everything correctly and to code. I couldn’t be happier with the service received and would recommend De Hart to anyone having issues. Thank you!

  On June 11 we had our regular HVAC check-up/maintenance, the kitchen sink shut-off valves replaced, and an estimate for the laundry shut-off valve replacement. Sean Hugues, Senior Technician, and Lane, Trainee Technician provided our service. Sean called ahead and they arrived looking like the professionals that they are, dressed in the distinctive DeHart uniforms. Sean was polite, friendly, and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me asking questions and with our old plumbing being problematic. He also sensed when my husband and I needed to talk and gave us the space to do so. As a senior citizen, I appreciate that. Lane was also polite and friendly, working quietly and assisting/observing as well, as part of his training. They completed the work as quickly as possible, and they cleaned up so it looked better than the way they found it. We would welcome them back any time.
