Andy Smith was a pleasure to work with! Our windows had to be replaced as part of our remodel and he had them installed within a couple hours, making sure it was to our liking and explaining how it worked as well. When I asked about warranty he called the sales rep immediately to help me get an answer. Highly recommend Window World -- great customer service, usually fairly responsive via phone calls! Our 2 custom windows were completed within about 6 weeks and installed in about 9 weeks at a fair price. They look great!

I highly recommend Window World! The salesperson, Dion, and the install guys, Dalton and ??? were FABULOUS. HOWEVER, the woman that I had to speak to several times on the phone is NOT equal to the rest of the team. She was rude!!! If she would have been my first contact I would NOT have gotten windows here.

Our experience was very positive and easy to follow! Aaron did a great job explaining the process to replace windows & a sliding door. Length of time was more effective than expected! A shout out to the crew who completed their work and made sure all old debris was taken away!
