  Andy Smith was a pleasure to work with! Our windows had to be replaced as part of our remodel and he had them installed within a couple hours, making sure it was to our liking and explaining how it worked as well. When I asked about warranty he called the sales rep immediately to help me get an answer. Highly recommend Window World -- great customer service, usually fairly responsive via phone calls! Our 2 custom windows were completed within about 6 weeks and installed in about 9 weeks at a fair price. They look great!

  I love my new windows!! The whole experience was amazing and now I have beautiful windows that are so nice and easy to clean. My windows are well sealed and Window world employees are careful, efficient and friendly! They clean up after and the whole process was great!
