  Didn't almost set the house on fire! That's the only reason is not a ONE!. Again waited ALL DAY for an asinine 8-12 appointment. They didn't even show up until just before 2:30, conveniently right after I called to see if anyone was even coming! They went to rich areas like Overland Park first before coming to us at the end of the day. This according to the technician who finally showed up. No problems with him, but major problems with this company! We have been loyal to a fault with this company, and honestly will look for a different one if this isn't addressed and corrected on their end. We obviously aren't important to them as customers for almost 10 years now!

  I chose Town & Country based solely on their reviews, which were great and in my experience true! Scott, the technician that came out was super professional and talked me through the issue my system was having which was minimal and came with a minimal cost. I told him how much I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or fix something that didn’t need to be fixed. I will be calling them again for sure!

  I had a full replacement of an roof top AC unit. Fair pricing, outstanding service and the team were quick and efficient. The quote process was a breeze with Danny. The install team of Javier C & Javier O did a great job and they cleaned up after including vacuuming the carpet around the indoor work area. I would recommend Towne and Country to anyone looking for quality work.
