  I have had Town and Country twice in last year and they have been superb! The young man, Travis, who came out today to service my AC is a credit to your company and a valuable employee. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Also, just a friendly guy who is experienced in customer service. A rare quality these days. Thank you, Travis for all your help! Keep that positive attitude!!

  Called Town & Country Heating and Cooling Co. on the 4th of July morning after several other failed attempts with other businesses who weren't available that day. They had someone to our home within an hour and fixed the AC, they saved our 4th! Would highly recommend and make sure you sign up for their awesome membership which saves money and comes with a lot of perks.

  I easily booked an appointment online and the company communicated with me every step of the way including a message telling me when the technician was on his way. They sent a text with the technician’s photo so I knew who was coming. The technician Nick was friendly, informative and considerate. He did a great job and told me exactly what he was going to do and then showed me the work he had done in person and with photos he took. He explained the bill well and left me feeling great about him and the company. I definitely recommend.

  Town and Country Heating and Cooling installed two furnaces and a central air conditioner at my home, including custom duct work and venting due to typical older home added complexity. Rodger was very knowledgeable and easy to work with during the initial project scoping process, and Tim, Javier and Jace were very skilled, conscientious and hard working during a long installation on a very hot day. Overall a great service experience at a fair price - I would definitely recommend Town and Country!

  I had a really great experience today with this company. I had Abraham come out and tune up my air conditioner. He was super polite and easy to work with. He did an outstanding job and it was one of the hottest days of the year so far. He went above and beyond to explain things to me and let me know what was going on. I have been nothing but pleased with this company. They really appear to hire some great technicians. I would not hesitate to use Town @Country Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend them.
