  Had Ali fron Town & Country Heating and Cooling out to oerform our fall checkup on our gas furnace and attached humidifier and he was on-time, very professional and answered all of the questions that we asked. Highly recommend him and Town &Country services!

  Peter was prompt, professional and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. The furnace tune up was done quickly and a minor repair made to the humidifier. I never doubt T& C’s professionalism and integrity.

  We have had nothing but exceptional experience with Town and Country! Any time I have called, the customer service is excellent. Josh came to service our boiler and I can’t say enough great things about him! He is professional, kind, Very patient with all of our questions and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you Josh!

  I highly recommend Town & Country Heating and Cooling Co. I noticed my AC was not blowing cold at about 10:30pm on Monday, September 28th. We were fortunate that the overnight temperature was in the lower 70's. I called T&C just after 8:00am the next morning (Tuesday, September 29th) and talked with Tara. She was very polite and personable. She was able to book an appointment for me for later on that morning (10:00am - 2:00pm). I was very pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment that quick. The Service Technician (Ian) texted me when he was "on his way" and arrived around 11:00am. He evaluated the situation, performed some tests and determined that a capacitor had failed. He replaced the capacitor which corrected the problem. He thoroughly checked the entire system and cleaned the outside coil. He tested the performance of the cooling system and reviewed the results with me. He prepared a written report complete with pictures and graphs showing the test results and included in an email with a copy of the invoice. I chose to begin a Service Agreement which included a discount of the services completed on this and future visits. I was very satisfied with the entire process, especially the prompt response. The total cost was very reasonable in my opinion. If you need HVAC repairs or replacement, I suggest you call T&C and talk with Tara.
