  Trent, Jacob and Spencer did a great job installing our new Daikin HVAC system yesterday! They were friendly, very informative and kept the house clean while taking out the old unit. Trent also did a great job installing the exterior AC -- spending extra time to level it in our landscaping bed. Spencer and Jacob were also very thorough explaining how to use the new system and answered several questions on additional items we may need. We froze last night -- It works great!

  We got a wonderful replacement/installation of our HVAC heating and cooling system by Trent, Spencer, and Jacob. They were all very professional, helpful, kind, and took care in transporting and installing the new equipment. They also provided excellent communication about where they were at with the process. They were also very kind to answer questions I had about a future HVAC project. Finally they gave detailed instructions on how to operate the new thermostat.

  We needed to replace both our furnace and A/C unit. Top Notch was so helpful through the entire experience. From their help and guidance in our selection of equipment all the way through the installation and tutoring of operating our new system. They were efficient and hard working, while alway being conscientious of our home and us. They protected our floors and cleaned up the site so well, that if not for the new equipment in operation, you wouldn’t know they had been here.

  We had the best experience with Top Notch Heating and Cooling. Randy came out to give us an estimate and it was nice to not feel pressure and making a decision to move forward. he simply gave us the information and answered every question we had with ease. we were able to set up an appointment for the next day, where they came and installed the new A/C unit and furnace. They arrived at 8am and we're gone before 3:00 p.m. They made sure that the floors were covered so that there was no dirt or scratches taking place and made sure that the basement looked the same as it did before. They were personable, answered our questions,and even helped us when the new thermostat showed our old paint because it was smaller. They found a plate cover to fix it which was sincerely appreciated. Spencer, Justin, and Trent were a great team and we appreciated everything they did to get our house cool again. We would definitely recommend this company.

  I recently had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Top Notch Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Spencer, Trent, and Jacob showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean throughout the process. They explained everything clearly before starting and answered all my questions. Kelly was also very helpful in providing a quote and making sure the new system was properly sized and right for my needs. I really appreciate the clear communication, fair pricing, and high-quality work. Highly recommend this company!
