  Trevor arrived on time. He was friendly, but got right to work. He inspected both my air conditioners and showed me a minor issue on one that did not need to be fixed and a potentially bigger problem on the other. He gave me an estimate to fix it with absolutely no pressure. Will definitely be using Top Notch again.

  I am very frustrated about this visit. I was scheduled to have the visit between noon and 4. At 3:55 I called to see if I was still on the list for today, and your bot told me I'd get 30 minutes notice and the visit was scheduled from noon to 4. Obviously that wasn't going to happen, and you should fix your bot to do a better job. At 5:01 I got a text saying Tyler was on his way; he called me 10 minutes later and said he was 20 minutes away. I told him I'd been waiting all afternoon for him, and he told me he had been "triple and quadruple booked" today since he's on call. I HAD MY APPOINTMENT BOOKED FOR ABOUT A MONTH, AND SOMEONE GETS SCHEDULED TODAY BEFORE I GET MY VISIT TAKEN CARE OF? And I've been a customer of yours for almost 25 YEARS? It's your issue to schedule your people and you did a REALLY BAD JOB OF IT TODAY. I don't know how many people you had working today, but making me wait that long for a scheduled visit doesn't sit well with me. I never got a phone call to say "we're running behind but we'll be there" and I would have had a discussion with someone abut why Tyler was going to be so late. Once Tyler was here he did a good job. I won't give you a rating on this visit because I can't tell other people how you treated me separate from how he did his job. I don't appreciate being treated this way, and having it happen again in the future means I'll be considering getting a new company to do this work and it will affect whether I recommend you to others.

  Jared Fuller was absolutely fantastic. He arrived and assessed the problem. Because of his knowledge and experience he quickly diagnosed the problems with our water heater. Jared was professional, kind, patient and took great care of our property and more importantly we have hot water! We are so grateful to Jared because of his outstanding customer service! We will not hesitate to reach out to Top Notch in the future and specifically ask for Jared! Thank you and we are beyond pleased with Top Notch!

  One of the best HVAC services from Top Notch. Very thorough and professional. First time we actually got the filters we were supposed to have. Actually cleaned out the AC. Wish all of our services were this great. The last couple of services have improved. Top Notch seems to be stepping up their game.

  Kelly was polite, personable, and skilled in investigating and addressing my concerns. I would add that he was engaged with his work and took pride in working for Top Notch. One of my barometers in evaluating a service has to do with the morale of the technician visiting me in determining if the company is someone I would do business with again, and he clearly felt supported, unlike many of the other big HVAC companies around town I have dealt with. I will be using Top Notch for any future needs!
