  Tim came out Saturday first thing after a late Friday call for bath sink clog in this old house. Tim was very patient and courteous. After putting on boot covers he listened to my issue and what another company told me. He looked over the job and really took time to plainly and thoroughly explain his take and what would be needed to be done in a best case scenario and a scenario where he also corrects some of the mistakes made by last year's bath remodeling company. Since the job will entail cutting into sheetrock and significant expense I appreciated his detail. I'm not sure what company I'll select as I have other bids scheduled Monday. But Top Notch and Tim have my confidence this far. Nice job Tim and thanks for your visit and bid!

  I had a plumber out at my new home to do an inspection. They were incredibly thorough and left me multiple quotes and sorted them by immediate concerns, future concerns and optimization options. The office staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I will be going forward with some of the quoted work and I look forward to using them for my HVAC services as well.

  We have used top notch for about 2 years now, after putting 3k dollars into our filtration system due to my husbands lungs we had a control board go out $150.00 part yet we got charged $1200.00 then we have yet another tech come out who told us our unit was leaking coolant , another gentleman came and he said it wasn’t leaking . We paid for our service for the winter in advance , we got a second opinion in our air conditioner and furnace and decided to go with another company asked for our refund and they charged us a high service fee since we went with another company. Do better

  I had an outstanding experience with Darin from TopNotch. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through what was causing a few issues with my RainSoft system, answered every question with patience, and repaired a warped filter on the spot. His customer service skills are top-tier — the kind of technician you hope for every time you schedule service. I’ll definitely request Darin again. TopNotch is lucky to have him!

  Kelly Collum, the technician was as professional as they come.He quickly diagnosed the issue( double capacitors and associated wiring were literally fried). He worked calmly and efficiently.The AC is now back to normal operations.
