Mark came out for our first bi-annual service visit, and we couldn't have been more impressed. His knowledge extends beyond the HVAC system itself—he knows our home and its history from servicing it for many years. He took the time to explain how the system works, what adjustments are made seasonally, our filter options, and even showed me how to replace the control panel batteries so we'd be ready for the season.
What really stood out was that after some recent renovations left drywall dust, mud, and construction debris around the unit, Mark went above and beyond to carefully clean everything up. That level of care and attention to detail says a lot about the pride he takes in his work. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate us made a wonderful first impression.
