  I contacted Home Comfort because our AC didn't seem to be cooling and I noticed that the evaporator coil was frozen up. John was able to come out in a timely manner and quickly identified that the system was low on freon, likely a result of a leak in the evaporator coil. He said he could fix it, but since the system was already 23 years old he would recommend replacing it. I appreciated the options, as I have had other HVAC companies tell me that you can't repair R22 systems anymore. John quoted several different systems, and we had an honest conversation about Rheem vs. Carrier systems, the two brands that Home Comfort carries. I picked a new system based on John's recommendation and he even offered to come install it over the holiday weekend. They got it installed quickly and the new system has been working great. I truly appreciate the opportunity to work with a small family owned business, and especially working directly with the owner.

  We were recommended Home Comfort by a friend that has used them for many years. Their promptness, customer service, prices and products were the reason we selected them to install our new furnace. There are many companies you can choose from but finding one that embodies personal service while not trying to over sell, fabulous combination. I will recommend them to my friends and clients.   John and his staff were very helpful. They were quick to respond, understanding and knowledgeable. Once we made our decision about they were ready to install within days. They are a family owned business and it shows. I would highly recommend them.
