  Visited looking for a 1/2" Wardflex CSST termination fitting to connect a natural gas grill. I explained multiple times that I had 1/2" Wardflex CSST coming out of the wall and needed the proper termination fitting to connect it to a threaded gas connection. The employee behind the counter confidently told me they had nothing for my application and suggested I try a barbecue store instead. The employee's attitude throughout the interaction seemed annoyed and dismissive, as if my questions were an inconvenience. She did write down the names of a couple barbecue stores for me, I guess that's something. That's why this is a two-star review instead of a one-star review. After searching the shelves myself, I found multiple Wardflex termination fittings, including the exact part I needed. What was especially frustrating is that when she later saw me purchasing one of the Wardflex fittings, there was no interest in asking whether I had found what I needed or learning that the store actually did stock parts for my application. I understand not knowing every product line, but "I don't know" would have been a much better answer than confidently providing incorrect information. And she still doesn't know they have them. Someone please tell this poor girl that Ferguson plumbing supply carries 1/2-in wardflex CSST termination fittings.
