  I own a restaurant on the ground floor of an apartment building. A pipe burst in an apartment above us and flooded the apartment while the tenants were out of town. This was on a Friday night. The apartment complex called BluSky to come out and handle the flood that affected my restaurant and two other ground floor businesses, along with the apartments. They came into my restaurant and set one fan up along with a dehumidifier. The fan was angled and pointed at the bottom of a shelf, despite having many soaked ceiling tiles and 8” of insulation above that was also soaked. I was told I couldn’t move or touch anything so I’ve been closed since Saturday. I have a 14’ drop ceiling with 18’ overall ceilings. Nothing dried over the weekend. I had commented to the techs that nothing was going to dry until they get up there and remove the soaked ceiling tiles and insulation. They told me they were just there to check moisture readings and someone would be out Monday to assess things. On Monday I again asked them to get the ceiling tiles down and remove the wet insulation to open up the ceiling so the drywall up there could get airflow. Nothing. Finally, it’s Tuesday and they’re doing what I said needed to be done on Friday Night! The clothing store two doors down is ruined and they have three fans and a dehumidifier in there. They left a giant water soaked rug on the floor and it still had water under the rug on Monday. I can’t believe how fly-by-night the crews are.

  Had a dishwasher hose blow & caused water damage to my kitchen & laundry room floor. My insurance sent then out, they got the fans & dehumidifiers going. They were quick, always kept in contact, & the guys they got to do the cabinets & floors were great. I hope I don't have to see them again but if I have a problem like this it is them I will call.

  My restoration went very smoothly. The project manager kept us well informed throughout the process. Tradespeople did a great job.
