  Unfortunately I can not suggest Anthony Plumbing and Heating any longer. We were a client for 3 years replaced multiple items in our house (ac, furnace, water heater, etc.) and have spent north of $25,000 with Anthony. But most recently we had them install a new water hose spigot (hydrant) on the back of our house because the old one was leaking. We paid $900 for this service and replacement. 7 months later the new “frost free” spigot that I was told would be perfect and I would never have issues with was leaking back into our house and around the sealed area of the spigot. I asked Anthony to replace it since it was within a year of install and there was nothing we did to cause this (we unhook all hoses from December to April). Yet they elected to not replace it deeming it a product issue that did not fall under warranty. They wanted another $900 to install another new one. After back and forth with them, I’ve given up hoping they would do the right thing. If you choose Anthony, beware, their prices are sky high and customer service could not be worse. Beware.

  I was very pleased with the service Anthony Martin did today. He was friendly & pleasant & showed professionalism . If I ever need you all services again I would prefer that Anthony come back & do the job. I would recommend him to my family & friends if they ever need service.   I have paid $20 a month for the last few years for premium service. Last week I needed a toilet float valve replaced. First they tried to sell me a new toilet for $450. The plumber they sent gave some inflated price to replace the valve and reduced the cost to me to $250. I was already liable for the cost of the service call so I agreed. The valve sells for $15 to$30 locally and it took about 15 minutes to install. Their service people are very professional but their attempts to sell a new toilet that I didn’t need and their inflated prices make them a poor value. Their $20 a month is of questionable value.

  It is always a bummer when your AC goes out during a week with extreme heat warnings, especially with an under 2-year old system. Dunco really seemed to do everything they could to get us back up and running. From the first call, their team (especially Jodi) was responsive and helpful. Both Frank and Clayton were very helpful, knowledgeable, and got us cool again as soon as they could. Thank you!

  Brandon (plumbing) was so helpful and patient! We are new homeowners so I had lots of questions and he explained everything and went out of his way to make sure we felt good about everything before he left! Gunnar and his team did the duct cleaning and dryer vent clear out and were so amazing and cleaned up thoroughly after! They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Jordan serviced the HVAC and went above and beyond - he cleaned the AC unit in the backyard and it looks brand new and was super educational about the system and when we need to do future maintenance etc! So many great suggestions.
