  I have had Anthony out two times. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable but their intake is fully AI staffed, can’t tell you anything about your service and their surprise layered fees are jaw dropping. Don’t ever expect any forthrightness around the cost and be prepared to drop thousands of dollars just to have them cross your threshold. Even to have them look at issues they will charge you more than the $120 fee they quote with hidden “work” fees. If you have a blank check to write these guys are great.

  As a small business owner, I know how important it is to find good, reliable businesses you can trust. And when I find one, I love sharing! ❤️ A little shoutout to Eugene with @Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric! He came out to work on our outdoor lighting today and was absolutely wonderful. Professional, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful! He even took the time to make sure Ophelia, our resident garden spider, made it safely back to her roses. 🕷️🌹🥰 It’s the little things! Always happy to recommend a business that deserves it. ❤️

  Go somewhere else!!!!!!!! Scheduling system is jacked. Think you’re getting somebody at 8-10 in the morning then they try and come at 5 on a Friday even when you cancel the appt and are not home. They still send the guy even when I canceled the appt and only have a babysitter with my children home. And the dude still came in the house without even calling or texting me to confirm even though I wasn’t even home. Not cool. Take your business somewhere else!

  I appreciate the service Lincoln provided today for an electrical inspection. He was able to fix a few issues that were found in the inspection. I felt bad he made a trip for supplies he didn't have to find out they were not in stock since it's a long drive to our house. Hopefully the part will come in soon so he can come back to install it. He was thorough and explained things when I had questions. Thanks again.

  I do not recommend this company at all. They are incompetent to get anything done if there is a problem. They conflated my contact information with the people who bought our house more than a year ago. I tried 3 times to get it fixed. Not only were they communicating with me about the buyer’s plumbing issue, but they still had our credit card associated with the account. I actually received a receipt with my own signature on it despite the fact that i wasn’t there at the time of payment and i don’t own the house anymore. The worst part of this experience is that the people who answer the phone can’t do anything. They can’t fix the problem, they can’t connect you to a manager, and they can’t even connect you to billing. They say they physically cannot do it; they can only email those people. So, if you have a problem, you can’t get help. This company is owned by a huge corporation. Steer clear. They don’t care about you.
