  10/10 Great Company. What turned out to be a small plumbing fix turned into a major mission. There is so much recognition for the individuals to come and help us out. Steps that needed to be done, the possible what if's. It was very stressful but they guided us the whole way through. First supervisor Matt came out and found our main problem in the mainline was able to immediately find ways to address it. Gave on site estimates. Second Anthony fixed our bathroom plumbing. He enjoys doing his work even hitting a few bumps. Letting me watch him work he didnt mind it. Evan help cleaned our mainline to discover it was more than just a clean out. Sorry you got stuck for a bit. We didnt get the names of individuals who came to dig out our front yard they did everything in thier power to get our water running, getting to the pipes and cleaning as well as discovering a water void. With all the madness that was happening i am very appreciative they were very professional, knowledgeable and answer all our questions. Will definitely be calling them for future plumbing issues.

  Huge shoutout to Juan and the team at Anthony’s Heating & Plumbing for the outstanding job on my new HVAC system. Juan was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. The installation was clean, efficient, and done the right way without cutting corners. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, which feels increasingly rare in a world where half the population thinks “good enough” is a personality trait. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the new system is working flawlessly. Highly recommend Juan and Anthony’s to anyone needing HVAC work done right the first time. Also pretty cool having neighbors like Steve who run businesses the right way and clearly care about the quality of the people representing their company. Shows up in the final product.

  Alexander did an awesome job diagnosing and correcting the issue with our slow drains. He took the time to listen to our concerns and figuring out a course of action. Once he had the information, he set out laying down the tarps on the floor so he could bring in the machine to unclog the slow drains. After he finished unclogging the drains, he took the time to make sure everything was put back and cleaned up. We really appreciated the time he took to make sure the job was done correctly, work area kept clean, as well as him making sure everything was put back in order and cleaned up. We would highly recommend and will request Alexander whenever we need work done. We are customers of another company, but when we called them, they did not have anyone available to come out and said they would try to work us in sometime this week. When a drain is clogged, you don't want to wait to see if they can try and work you in, you want it done. Anthony Plumbing came to our rescue once again. Thank you so much!!

  A. I was told that Anthony does not do electric work when I needed it. I've never received a reason why I was told this after 2 years. B. The Monthly Service agreement appears to be little less than a reason to get into your house & find something that needs to be fixed, I cancelled it today. C. They seem to be really good at "fixing" issues (& I use that term loosely) - but not actually repairing anything. I'm currently having to spend $2000 with another company to replace a lot of their work & perform duties that should have been addressed by Anthony originally. I've had to have them out twice in a month for the same bathroom sink. The first tech didn't notice that the P-trap was almost totally deteriorated. Not sure about other areas - but the Kansas City area operation is not anyone I would recommend - quite the opposite! My wife & I are retired & don't have the $$ to throw away.

  When I called about a possibly needed repair the 1st guy quoted me anywhere from $4800 to $20,000 or beyond. Their 2nd guy a couple weeks later said it'd cost $3800 because that number "sounded good" and didn't know the difference between an estimate and a quote. Then reps from local family owned businesses that were referred to me by my other family members and my homeowners insurance representative ALL said that the repair I'd been concerned, as a 75 yr old 1st time homeowner single lady, might be necessary wasn't even needed. Unfortunately many corporations today are apparently telling their reps not to leave any money on the table which means to charge as much as the customer is willing to shell out - the sky's apparently the limit. Integrity and even honesty aren't even part of the equation. A previous employee of Roto Rooter who quit when the new corp owner started training their guys that way finally clued me in. That man started his own business and has more work than he can even get to sometimes because word gets around. And I've had the same issue now with Hamilton since they recently became corporately owned. They'll just rip you off to a fare-thee-well without so much as a twinge of conscience. Find a good family operation is my suggestion unless you're independently wealthy and have $ to burn. The good guys are still out there. Sometimes they're so much in demand though with ppl catching onto all the charlatans around that you may need to be patient. My advice to Anthony's, etal is to remember that someday you're gonna answer to The Almighty so it's in your best interest to change your behavior because He doesn't like people being cheated. No. He doesn't like it one bit.
