  I was very impressed by the professional manner in which Ian listened to my issues and concerns for my three garage doors and proceeded to evaluate and diagnosis the several problems he observed. He proposed numerous options and guided me to an appropriate plan that resolved them all. He spent two days at my home, was always a gentleman and a professional and provided an outstanding service. I highly recommend Ian and A1 Garage Door Service.

  I had Waylon from a1 over to inspect the garage door as I was having trouble programming a garage door opener he was great very nice and knowledgeable on everything. unfortunately mine is almost 30 years old and can’t be programmed anymore with the new remotes it’s a rental property so I was not able to move forward with putting a newer machine in yet. I would recommend the company and the tech to anyone needing help with they’re garage door needs

  The technicians were professional, the administrative handling of my account has been unacceptable. During the original service call, the technician accidentally damaged my garage door while replacing the springs. I was informed at that time that A1 Garage would repair the damage at no cost and that the service fee for that day would be waived. Despite this agreement, I have since received a bill for a balance due. I have explained the situation to multiple representatives, yet I continue to receive collection calls from A1. A1 Garage caused damage to my property, and per our agreement, I should not be charged for that service. I would not recommend this company with this shady business dealing.  Everyone should be aware of this.

  One day the garage door opened and closed fine and the next it didn't. After doing a google search (and Facebook), I opted to try A1Garage Door Service. At first, I was frustrated as it said they were open 24 hours and I couldn't reach anyone after 7 pm. The next day I was able to contact them and got on the schedule. I've never been a fan of the "your appointment time is between certain hours" because I always end up being last on the list. I got a text saying that they were going to have to reschedule about the time that appointment window was about to close. After taking off work early and waiting for the afternoon, I wasn't thrilled. So, I called and they assigned a tech right away. They were very apologetic about the text I had received. Fast forward and Nate arrived. Nate was very friendly and set to work. He had an answer quickly and then showed me exactly what was going on. He took his iPad and clearly went over options and let me decide what I wanted to do. Once the decision was made, Nate went to work and took care of things. I am sure he spent way longer explaining things and answering questions than he wanted to, but he was great through everything.

  I scheduled an appointment with a nice, tight 5 hour window (1–6pm… because who doesn’t love blocking half their day for fun?). At 2pm, I get a text canceling it along with the classic “please give us a call to get back on the schedule.” Oh, absolutely, let me drop everything and chase you down after you canceled on me. Took half a day off work and sat at home like I was waiting for royalty to arrive. A little earlier notice would have been fantastic just a wild idea so people don’t waste their time. And the best part? An hour later, you call to put me back on the schedule. Amazing. I am so happy now. Just put me on the schedule again....Truly. Hard pass. Found someone else who understands how time works.
