  Got in contact with Cindy regarding a bid for interior and exterior paint. Said someone would get a bid to me in a couple days. Heard nothing, called and Cindy apologized and said she didn’t know how she missed it and someone would get me an estimate in a couple days. Another week goes by, nothing, won’t answer phone calls or return messages. If you don’t want to do the job, just be transparent. Lost my business and any future.

  Swann sent the dream team of professionals to my home - they completely renovated and rejuvenated the exterior of my cedar wood paneling making it look like new! Their attention to detail was beyond my expectation - top notch!

  Swann is our go to company when it comes to painting and deck work. We have used Swann several times for exterior painting and repair and staining of our deck. They are reasonable with pricing and their work exceeds expectations. They just completed staining our deck. They replaced some rotted boards, power washed it, sanded everything, stained it, and even moved all of our deck furniture. Everything was done exactly as we requested.

  People painted unsupervised, didn’t sand, prime the trim and cabinets and paint the walls as promised, only one coat of paint in most places. All the trim and cabinets were rough to touch from overspray and lack of proper prep. Left areas of the trim that they had spackled not even sanded let alone primed and painted. Main walls - you could see through the paint and they didn’t even patch nail holes and other areas that needed prep before painting. They invoiced for more than their original quote and demanded payment even though they hadn’t even finished the base scope of work. 5 sets of double doors were not even spackled, sanded, primed or painted from the original scope. We paid them in good faith and they told us it would be a couple months before they could come back and address the issues, and claimed they had done everything, which we have stacks of pictures of things in the original quoted scope that were never touched. We have now had to pay another paint company to come in and completely redo all the disastrous paint job for about the same amount of money we have already paid Swann. In addition they quoted us for a couple extra things which we then agreed to pay for. And we also asked him to give us a quote for painting the garage and an additional ceiling. He didn’t give us a quote nor did we give him approval to proceed without a quote, and he handed us an large invoice amount for a very small ceiling which was not sanded and prepped properly, and when painted you could still see through the paint. And the garage was 3 times the charge of 2 other quotes that we had gotten for the garage. And he expected us to pay the exorbitant amount for it without quoting or approved. Obviously we would never recommend using this company.
