  My interactions with United Power and HVAC have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Over the course of approximately 10 interactions, I encountered consistently poor customer service, untrustworthy management practices, and a blatant disregard for their own mission statement. Firstly, their customer service was abysmal. Each time I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses, untruthfulness, and sometimes outright rudeness from their representatives. It seemed as though they were more interested in getting me off the phone than actually resolving my issues. Secondly, the behavior of their managers was deeply concerning. On several occasions, promises made by managers were not followed through, leaving me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. There was a clear lack of accountability and transparency in their management approach. Moreover, United Power and HVAC failed to uphold the principles outlined in their mission statement. Their commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction was simply not reflected in their actions. Instead of prioritizing customer needs, they appeared to prioritize cutting costs and maximizing profits at the expense of customer experience. Overall, my experience with United Power and HVAC has been extremely disappointing. From poor customer service and untrustworthy management to a failure to live up to their own mission statement, they have demonstrated a significant gap between what they claim to stand for and how they actually conduct business. As a result, I would caution others against placing their trust in this company until they make substantial improvements across these critical areas.

  Brandon was great to deal with on getting the equipment on time and everyone worked hard to get it picked up in a timely manner. Great experience.
