One of their vehicles almost crashed into me while speeding. This was on 45 East a bit past Leavenworth bridge. He was texting and was driving a white Jeep company SUV. 10/20/23

I read the reviews and that was enough for me. This reminds me of a farm fence I want put in. I paid several thousands of dollars upfront for materials and the months went by and no fence. Just a bunch of trees cut down and no one in sight or fence. This is why lawyers get more things put in than Nothing But Excuses.

My sales representative was Caleb Barkman. Once I got in touch with him, he was very helpful and got an estimate to me fairly quickly. I went ahead and signed the contract for the job and after that it was a little more difficult to get in touch with him. However my materials came in sooner than expected and my job got completed a month or two ahead of when I thought it would be done. They put a new roof on my Morton building, plus repaired some rotting wood and added a walk-in door on the backside for me. Ben was the foreman of the crew and I was extremely impressed with him and his crew. They were working all day in 100° weather and I couldn’t believe how much work they got done and how fast they finished the job. So I am very happy with the work I have had done by Morton Buildings. I do wish my sales representative had included new guttering in my contract because Ben the foreman said I really needed that to be done as well. Now I need to figure out who to contact about having that taken care of because I understand my sales person is only going to be with the company another week or so. I would sure like to get the guttering done now too. Anyway I would definitely recommend using them to work on your Morton building.

We were given Randy Ward as our sales representative. Spoke to him and exchanged text messages and emails the first day very well. I have had four correspondence since where I have asked specific questions and was just sent to generic links to their YouTube page and their website. When I called into the office to speak to Rita who is a wonderful person over the phone. I was just told this was unlike him and he would get back with me. That was six days ago we have decided to move on with another company.

How is this place still in business???????? Been going back and forth for about a month between emails, constant calling to the salesman and the office. Was told he would get me a bid by this morning after all the calls just to get something and of course............nothing. Called corporate. She said she would get ahold and get back with me. No response back. Now I know where they get their poor communication from. If I treated my potential customers like this I would no longer have a job....
