  I called Garage Pros, based on a recommendation from a family member. One of my garage door springs had broken. The person who scheduled the appointment was nice and helpful. They were able to put me on their schedule the next day. Rory was my technician. Rory was professional and super nice, and he did a wonderful, thorough job. He also took the time to explain everything to me, and he was patient with my questions. My neighbor just had the same job done, but used a different company that was slightly higher, so I'm happy I got a better deal with Garage Pros. They also gave me a small veteran's discount. Every little bit helps. I would definitely use Garage Pros again.

  We had a great experience with Garage Pros KC. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the technician who came out was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The service was completed quickly and everything worked great. We especially appreciated that when the garage door opener turned out to be faulty, they came back promptly and replaced it without any hassle. It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their work and takes care of their customers. Highly recommend!

  Brandon from Garage Pro KC came out for door estimate today. He was on time, cordial and explained what our options were regarding panel replacement vs. entire door replacement. No hard sell tactics and he was very up front regarding what to expect with panel vs door replacement. Also took time to evaluate single door and status of hardware. A good experience.   The service technician Rory, Experience counts, explained all my options to mechanical problems and issues with the door. No sales pitch, for a new door, I knew than I picked the right people for the job. I purchased a new garage door opener, which old one was 25 yrs old. Up grade on complete mechanical issues, plus spring package all nessasary parts. Which another better option and cost effective. Rory arrival time was prompt. Completion about 3 hr, pickup his work area, and haul off opener and the old parts. Final inspection and adjustments to my satisfaction. Explain operations to the opener. Payment options were explained, check, card with no 3% charge. And 0% payment plan. Also veterans discounts. All repairs guaranteed for 1 yr. Thanks Garage Pros

  We needed a quick garage repair as we wouldn’t have access to our second vehicle without it. Lisa was compassionate over the phone. I deeply appreciated Garage Pro KC’s willingness to rearrange their schedule to fit us in with such short notice. Blake was prompt with his arrival. He took a look, quoted me an affordable price and was honest about the possibility of it costing more if other issues were found. He got right to work and he was straightforward about the additional need repairs. I was most impressed with the price honesty and clear explanations for the “why” behind the needed repairs. The repairs didn’t take very long and, afterwards, he shares helpful info about the timeline for updating/maintaining other parts of our garage. Anyone would be lucky to have Garage Pro KC’s services. I will look into using them again in the future when needed. A huge thank you to Blake for his understanding, patience, and skill.
