  Our garage door spring broke over the weekend, and while it wasn't an emergency for us, we scheduled an appointment for today to get it taken care of. From the moment the Dustin S. and team arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they found and offered recommendations without ever making us feel pressured into buying anything. That alone was refreshing. Since we were already having significant work done on one door, they even offered to inspect the second garage door at no charge. It turned out there was an issue that genuinely needed attention, and after seeing the condition of it, we decided to have it repaired as well. The difference is night and day. Both garage doors are now quiet, properly aligned, and operate smoother than they ever have. It's one of those repairs you don't realize you needed until you experience how everything should work. What impressed me most was the professionalism and honesty of the team. They clearly took pride in their work, answered all of our questions, and left us feeling confident that the job was done right. Spending around $1,000 on garage door repairs isn't exactly a fun way to spend the day, but these guys made it feel like money well spent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Very nice technicians I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Phillip. I had a new system installed and my other door serviced. Brandon got hurt and Phillip drove over an hour and a half to make sure I was not left with a non working door. And this was all during the extreme heat. Brandon returned the next day to be sure I cloud set up the system to my needs.

  Cannot say enough about Garage Pros KC. Started off working with Greg who walked us through the options, updates, and explained exactly what we were buying. This was a consultative sale, not a pressure upsell. He explained everything we should expect from ordering a color to installation time. Really great guy. Installation came and Crew lead by Gabe showed up on time, professional, and incredibly polite. They replaced every part from tacks to new spring. Gabe left nothing behind. Honestly the garage led were cleaner after they left than when they arrived. We did not purchase new openers. They took the time to assure the existing ones were functioning perfectly, including all the remotes. Even walked us through how to maintain the moving parts. Hire Garage Pros KC without hesitation, you will be glad you did!

  Great job Cory from Garage Pros! Our door spring broke yesterday and and we contacted them in the morning for a 10 appointment. Cory was able to be here before 9:00 and had the springs replaced in no time flat! He also noticed a couple things that needed attention to help the doors future. Great work, cleaned up the garage well and was very friendly! Cory and Garage Pros are five stars! Would highly recommend!

  Brandon did an excellent job explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand from a customer perspective rather than assuming coworker-level knowledge. He was professional, patient, and made sure I fully understood my options. He also went above and beyond by providing additional choices and recommendations for me to consider in the future, which I really appreciated. His communication and customer service were outstanding.
