I couldn't be happier - Bob Cook Homes truly built a castle for me, and I can't imagine anything better.

After 10 years you can easily determine the quality of a home. We’ve had zero issues & have not put any money towards repairs. This is the 3rd home I’ve had built & lived in for a significant period of time. The other 2 homes required much money in repairs especially after the 4-to-5 year ownership period. These other homes were constructed by builders other than Bob Cook. His team builds houses that stand the test of time. By the way, the building experience was also superb as Bob Cook’s team were attentive & detail-oriented. I highly recommend Bob Cook homes!.
