Gio and Alex are extremely professional, kind, attentive to detail, and listen closely to your concerns. And the service on the phone is superb as well. We started 12 years ago with the pool that came with the house. Many unknowns. The best company service of all the work we did, different years, was Concrete Leveling of Kansas. They did more than level, the helped eliminate ways our shallow end of the pool could float. They paid attention to details, and came back and adjusted all to make as close to perfect as they could, including our front sidewalk leading to the house and our driveway leading into the garage. We had an area that had been corrected and within the warranty period, and Gio came to inspect. Instead of trying to make it better, he admitted that it needed new concrete. He made it right with us for other services and we got it completed correctly with drainage that eliminated the problem completely. When you can recommend another resource and stand behind your work, you stand out as one of the best in the services industry. May you continue to succeed, Wichita needs you. Top Rate! Great Job!
