  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Grounds Works! Richard came out to assess the basement at my flood-damaged home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was professional, productive, and extremely thorough in his inspection and proposal. He took the time to show me the issues with my basement, explain what needed to be addressed, and provide practical solutions. What really stood out was his willingness to follow up and do what he could to help save me money on the overall project cost. Dealing with a flooded home and the expenses that come with rebuilding can be overwhelming, so having someone who takes the time to explain things clearly and genuinely tries to help makes a huge difference. Richard was knowledgeable, honest, and thorough throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into evaluating my situation and preparing the proposal. If you’re looking for basement work, waterproofing, or solutions for a flood-damaged home, I would highly recommend Grounds Works. Great service and a great experience!

  I live in Frankfort. It has been the worst company especially regarding communication and follow up I have ever worked with. I have spent over $15,000 and cannot get any responses as to a cleanup post project that left my basement filthy with mud and debree and fixing the drain system to drain properly instead of filling my yard with water and having ground water drain right back into the system. I have been given promises by managers that this will get done and weeks later I get the same response eventually that the project has been passed off to someone else. It took weeks to even get anyone to come out when the pump alarms were going off. They were great at first when wanting me to sign a big contract and seems the organization has been trying to replace workers that quit or were let go. In my opinion go to another big reputable company because this one has not been what it is marketed to be and has been unrealiable consistently.

  Exceptional service! I had an amazing experience with Groundworks, thanks to Cameron Sankey! He took the time to thoroughly walk me through all the repairs that needed to be done, explaining not only what needed to be fixed but also why each repair was necessary. His explanations were incredibly detailed, clear, and easy to understand, which I truly appreciated. He patiently answered every single one of my questions and never made me feel rushed. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. It's not often that you come across someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond to make sure a customer feels informed and comfortable. I'm so glad I came across Groundworks, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service Cameron provided. I highly recommend.

  We are very pleased with the work done on our crawl space it looks great. Ethan and Colton did are great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We were very happy with the work the two of the did. The only reason I gave this a 3 star review is because we are still waiting on an electrician to come and finish this project. We haven't even heard from anyone about when they may come. Ethan tried to get a hold of them and got no answer. If the job ever gets completed I will be happy to change my review to a 5 star. Again no complaints with Ethan and Colton they did a wonderful job and we are very happy with their work, it was a pleasure working with them. I changed my review to a 5 star we have spoken with an electrician and got a date set up. Thank you Jackie! It was a pleasure working with all 3 of you. Jackie, Ethan and Colton you were all so nice and we appreciate all you did for us. I am taking off a star because still no electrician, no show no call

  If you are considering Groundworks (Indiana Foundation Service), get a second opinion before signing anything. Their core competency is not crawl space repair; it is manufacturing emergencies. We hired them during the purchase of our new home to encapsulate our crawl space, install a sump pump and dehumidifier, and replace the access door. The quality of work was unacceptable: 1. Multiple encapsulation seams were left completely unsealed. 2. The crawl space door does not seal. 3. Debris, trash, and loose parts were left sitting inside our new sump pump pit. 4. No one told us there was no adequate power in the crawl space to actually run the equipment they installed. When a technician came out to address these issues, the visit quickly turned into an aggressive sales pitch. We were told our foundation was in "critical" condition with 1.125 inches of settlement, requiring over $11,000 in push piers, plus nearly $3,000 for "rotten" band board. NO ONE, including our pre-purchase home inspector, the first crawl space inspection by a separate company, nor Indiana Foundation Services’ own initial inspector or installation team had noted any of this. We immediately brought in another foundation company for a second opinion. Their technician inspected everything and confirmed our foundation is solid, our band boards are fine, and no repairs are needed at this time. He also pointed out that attempting to drive push piers under a single-story home with insufficient counterweight could have actually damaged our house. I called the company and asked to speak with an upper level supervisor or director regarding our concerns on Saturday 10/3. I was advised they would be sending an escalation email to this team and I would be receiving a call today 10/5. I have received no call, no email, no follow up at all. I do NOT have the patience for this, so here we are. Do not let them scare you into five-figure repairs to cover up sloppy, unfinished work. I am filing complaints with both the Indiana Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the Better Business Bureau.
