  Great experience. The team went above and beyond compared to my last service provider, Mr Quick. Mr Quick tried to sell me a new unit for $32,000 when all that needed replaced was the circuit boards in my existing unit. Mr Quick last a customer and I am now a customer of Precision Comfort Air.

  We needed an emergency fix for a leak with our geothermal unit. Making it worse, we were leaving for a two week vacation the next morning. I called Precision at 6:30pm. Isaac was here by 8pm and got us all fixed and back to normal. Now THAT is service.

  If there is such a thing as a perfect service call on an HVAC system, I experienced it today. I am relatively new to this area and contacted Precision because of their ratings and reviews online. They did not disappoint. Kevin, the technician, arrived well ahead of the appointment time, quickly diagnosed the problem and carefully explained it to me with no upsell pressure and no scare tactics. After my approval he efficiently repaired the system. Exactly what everyone wants. Well done, Precision Comfort. You have a new satisfied customer.

  We have been using Precision for quite a few years now - in our current home and previous home. We can always count on them to do a great job, and their technicians are really good - Kyle was exceptional in working around us with work from calls actively happening during the service call. He took the time to provide insight on the condition of the equipment and provided thoughtful feedback regarding other questions we had. We appreciate the level of professionalism and overall great service provided to us.

  Our service technician, Kyle, was absolutely amazing. He arrived at 5 o’clock and thoroughly checked our system home a previous Hvac Contractor told me I needed a $900 main control board and the weight period was 105 days. Kyle came out and thoroughly checked the system. Found it to be something totally else. The other Contractor had actually put in a 7.5 amp fuse where a three amp fuse was supposed to be. Kyle stayed until the problem was fixed and our AC was cooling our house. He was very pleasant and stayed well beyond 630 even though he had dinner plans with his daughter. I highly recommend Kyle and precision for any repairs.
