  I had my AC system replaced just before the July 4th. Arlee & Gabe were great. They worked in 100F+ heat for hours to get the system up and running. They also took the time to explain things, especially when I got frustrated that the AC didn't immediately put out cold air. The whole system being 100F+ for a few days meant that it wouldn't immediately put out cold air. But yes, it did cool the house down after a few hours. They also cleaned up after themselves, great bunch of guys. I will say that whomever books their service appointments needs to be spoken too. I have had a maintenance contract with Blue Fox for a number of years, and they keep "forgetting" to schedule us for our twice a year maintenance. I wonder if my AC failure had anything to do with this lack of servicing by Blue Fox, or if the failure could have been identified in advance. So some positive and some negative.

  Arlo and Gabe did a great job installing our new AC! Scooter and Brock were also top notch. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Before selecting Blue fox we checked with a couple other people who both said Blue Fox was very good. We were not disappointed.

  We spent a significant amount of money replacing our HVAC system with a brand-new furnace and air conditioner, expecting better performance and reliability. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating. Since installation, we’ve had to call for service multiple times on both the furnace and the air conditioner. Each time we’re told the issue has been fixed, but the problems continue. What’s even more disappointing is that our old HVAC system actually kept our home more comfortable than this brand-new one. We were told we needed to upgrade to a larger unit because our previous system wasn’t adequate, yet the larger replacement struggles to keep up. To make matters worse, while the HVAC system was being installed, our water heater failed. We had them replace it as well, and within just a few months that brand-new water heater had already failed and needed to be replaced. The one positive is that their customer service has been friendly, and they generally respond quickly when we call. However, quick service doesn’t make up for the fact that no one has been able to properly diagnose or permanently fix the issues with our brand-new equipment. After making such a major investment, we expected a dependable system—not repeated service calls and ongoing problems. I truly hope they can resolve these issues, but based on our experience so far, I can’t recommend them.

  Ryan M. came out for a second opinion on a unit replacement quote following a routine maintenance appointment. He thoroughly tested all equipment and explained the results. Ryan was exteremely knowledgeable and professional. Great and honest customer service.

  I was almost rear ended by one of their vans driving aggressively on highway 52. He was weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off. I left the company a voicemail with the van # and license plate. Never heard anything back
