It took them 3 days had to run new heat duct and re route cold air returns cleaned up everything and where not pushy on up selling us things. Very happy customer here will have them service it when needed. If i ever need a new system again I will be calling them. Korey

He came out the same day we called and was quick to assess the problem and reschedule a time that worked for us to come and fix it. We were perfectly willing to pay what we were quoted, but that was worst case scenario and he found a way to fix it for cheaper! Would highly recommend Gibson’s and Alex!
