  We needed help with one of our staff bathroom toilets and Jeff responded quickly! He was very professional in his diagnosis and explanation of the problem and gave a clear explanation as to the steps needed for the repair. Very satisfied with great local service.

  Great people to work with. They came over to my house very quickly to move my unit and worked with me very well. Great communicators and they care about their customers. Price seems reasonable with moving a HVAC system and service. I will definitely be sticking with them and their business when I need anything.

  I recently had my water heater replaced by Heinz HVAC & Plumbing and the service was excellent from start to finish. The installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the installation efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The quality of work and customer service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Heinz HVAC & Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC services.

  The plumbing team (Mario, Luigi, Jeff) replaced all my water pipes. They did a fantastic job. Checked everything several times to make sure everything was ok. Very polite and friendly. The company had a quote for me the same day and very quick for the appointment. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs. I will definitely use them again.

  Had a bad experience with a tech quoted prices that were over priced and for services that wasn’t need. Called Heinz and all issues resolved they did go above and beyond to make everything right and showed there integrity to the community and honesty. All this being said Heinz did make things right came out apologized refunded the service fee and showed they do not operated in this manner and will not tolerate there techs operating this way either! A lot of these issues were training issues which Heinz will address with there techs. So I appreciate Heinz doing the right thing being honest. I will use them for sure in the future. Just if something seems off pricing or whatever just double check even call the office they will ensure things are correct and if not they will take care of it. Such a good experience of something that happened badly. Thanks Heinz much appreciated !
