  Jeff and Danny done a great job and told me everything that was going and how I needed to fix the problem. They were quick in their job but if I had questions they would stop what they were doing and answer all my questions and concerns. I can't recommend them enough. Heinz is lucky to have them both working for them. They came to on plumbing issues.

  Just signed up for the HVAC annual maintenance plan. Price was right and I don't have to remember to call to schedule it. Just had fall furnace tuneup by James. He was very professional and got the job done promptly. Will be doing business with HEINZ for all my HVAC needs.

  Jeff was here today and he found our toilet and drain problem. He and his helper did a lot of checking and will come back soon to put all new stuff in. He got the toilet so we can use it till they come back and do the rest of the job. Did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone needing a Plumber!!

  James was our service and today and he did a very good job and was thorough and let me know if we had any issues and he took care of it. Very nice young man.

  Jeff was a top notch pro. Arrived as soon as he could. He diagnosed the problem. Explained all.our options. Very professional and very knowledge. Pleasure to have Heinz at our facility. UPDATE: Jeff along with Greg was able to get the facility going with hot water again. Jeff and crew worked extremely hard to get us going again. Every one of the guys that worked on this EXTREMELY DIFFICULT job worked very hard on this nightmare of an emergency job. The problems they had were of no reflection on them. It was a matter of finding the rights parts. If anything they worked at the best of their abilities with what they had handed to them. Communication with Jeff was great, he kept our Maintenance Supervisor informed as to what the problemS were, what he was doing to take care of the multiple problems. Im very happy with your service, Jeff and the men helping him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heinz and especially the crew that showed up here to any friends, family and coworker's. Its so refreshing to see someone in the trades that actually take pride and resposibility in their work. They all are a credit to their profession and to your company. Will HIGHLY recommend Heinz in the future and if we need service at the facility I work at, you will be first call made. Hopefully if we do, it won't be a nightmare wrapped in a wet blanket that was thrown in a flaming dumpster. Thanks to everyone at Heinz for their work, help, and expertise.
