  I highly recommend Rich and his fantastic crew! They just completed a full installation of our new AC unit and 97% furnace, and the immediate improvement is incredible. Rich's team was incredibly respectful of our house and property throughout the entire day. The installation itself was exceptionally clean and professional, and they did a great job cleaning up everything before they left. Rich took the time to explain things thoroughly, answering all of my questions about how the new system operates. Rich also made sure we had all the proper information and documentation we needed to easily submit our NIPSCO energy efficiency rebates. They went above and beyond by adding a dedicated electrical socket for the condensate pump and installing top-tier generator protection. Best of all, this new unit is amazingly quiet—it is an absolute game-changer when sitting out on the deck. This entire experience truly exceeded expectations. Incredible work, reasonable and honest pricing, with 18 month no interest financing , and an ironclad 10-year parts AND labor warranty from a company with true integrity. Thank you, Rich, and the team for a flawless job from start to finish! I will never call anyone else for my heating and air needs! I also would like to thank Chris for making the financing part of this project seamless. Thank you!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company definitely earned one. When my AC stopped working, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got it repaired. A short time later, another issue came up, and they didn’t hesitate to come back and take care of it. That really showed me they stand behind their work. They were friendly, responsive, and professional, and their pricing was very fair. It’s such a relief to find a company that’s honest, dependable, and truly cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

  I wish there were more stars to select! After the storm on 7/27, my power was out until midnight Tues night/weds morning. But the neutral line to my house was damaged (unbeknownst to me) and proceeded to cause major electrical issues in my house. Even had to call the fire department due to an outlet that was smoking almost setting my house on fire. When I realized my HVAC wasn't working, I called out a company that said my system was not repairable and I needed an entire new system for $11,000. I had two other companies lined up for a whole house estimate and Rich from Affordable was the first one to come the next morning. I explained the story and he immediately said they were WRONG, it can be fixed and despite this originally being a house call for an estimate, it was a service call where he fixed EVERYTHING for $450. This is what integrity looks like! He has a life long customer now and I am telling everyone I know that this is who you want to call! Thank you, Rich!! You made me cry happy tears!!

  I highly recommend Affordable Heating And Cooling for all of your HVAC needs. Rich is a honest man and does great work. I recently had an issue with my AC and furnace. I called the "big business" here in the region and they came out and told me I needed to repair/replace several parts. They told me it was going to be over $2600. I decided to get a second opinion and Rich came out the next day evaluated it and told me I only needed one of the parts. He was able to replace that and it cost me less than $500. I will only use Affordable Heating And Cooling in the future for all of my HVAC needs and I highly recommend the same to you.

  I had a furnace put in my garage By affordable, heating and cooling, and I thought they did a very efficient job, removing the old furnace and replacing it with a newer furnace. They were very easy to work with Their costs were affordable. There was no upfront cost. I paid when the job was done. Rich the owner was there very patient and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this company. The picture on the left is the old furnace. The picture on the right is the new furnace.
