We worked with Buhrt Builders to have our home completely remodeled and to add space. This was a huge project for my wife and I to get into and they made it easy and manageable for us. We are so happy with the way it turned out and still can't believe the transformation. I can be particular about things, and I was surprised how detail-oriented Matt, Jennifer and Kenton were when we would inspect our home as the process was taking place. I really appreciate the quality, service and commitment they have to ensure our satisfaction. We also very much appreciate the advice they provided along the way. There are so many moving parts and choices to be made that it can be overwhelming. They have so much practical knowledge and it helped us sort through choices we were making to have the quality and reliability that we desired on these decisions. We will absolutely request their services again for any future needs. Thank you Buhrt Team for building our retirement home that we dreamed of! Jim Hatzer - Warsaw

I wish there was a way to leave no stars because that is exactly what I would leave for this company. I called to ask about getting someone to come out and look at a kitchen remodel. I was told I could expect a call back. After two weeks I called back and the young gal said I’m really very sorry, he does his own scheduling and he’s not in the office right now, or I would make him get on the phone. I explained that I know it’s the busier season, I don’t expect my project to start immediately, but I would at least like to get a return call. She said she would put my message on his desk. It’s been three weeks, not one word. I can’t believe with this type of service that they have been in business for so many years. And if the guy who’s running this show right now keeps up this level of service they’ll be out of business. It takes 2 minutes to make a call, even if it’s to say I’m sorry, we are too busy right now to take on your job. Glad I found out about the caliber of this guy before getting into business with him.

Matt came to my home and did a walkthrough with me and his project manager to make sure they knew exactly what projects needed done. When work began, they were punctual, courteous, and very professional with their workmanship. I am very pleased with the work they did!

Very disappointed by the lack of response from Matt Buhrt when it came to estimating our project. I wasted two full months waiting on his estimate that never came. After FINALLY getting a response from him, he persisted that I would have something soon and that he had guys readily available to start. THREE times, the dates he gave me came and went, followed by nothing. I have never tried so hard to give a company work in my life. Being busy is no excuse for poor customer service and flat out lying to someone.
