  This is a review for the contents dept at Bluesky since our home is still under repair. After our fire in Nov 2024, we had to have our entire contents packed, cleaned and stored. When we needed something that was stored they were quick to respond and delivered items we requested promptly. Contents team was super respectful and treated us so kindly during the whole process. Our items were packed back in our home with care and are in wonderful condition. The attitudes of the workers is very commendable! Great team. Our home is still being finished and I will leave a separate review for structure upon completion.

  Our entire basement recently flooded following a hard rainfall and failed sump pump. We had 2-3” of standing water, including an area with indoor/outdoor type carpet. We were convinced that the carpet would need to be replaced, until BluSky Restoration got involved. They pumped out all of the standing water, got everything up off of the floor, and set up dehumidifiers and fans to complete the dry out. No need to replace the carpet! Basement is dry and there is no musty smell. Technician was on time every visit and very courteous. We highly recommend their services! Carol MacHatton, South Bend, IN

  Since an emergency situation we had several years ago we have called on First Response for non-emergency needs. We remain impressed with their professionalism and high quality work. The hands on builders and workmen are focused and their work has been excellent. They are careful to clean up at the end of the day, and remove our damaged material from the work site. Our contractor, Marshall, was extremely attentive, stopping by frequently to check on the quality of the work in progress, and at completion, called to ensure our satisfaction. When we called for questions or times Tiffany was always there to find the answers for us in a timely manner. We will definitely be calling on First Response for our future problems and needs that may arise.
