I’ve been using Seymour Ace Hardware to make copies of keys for the past 15 years, and they always get it right the first time. The keys work perfectly, so I never have to make a return trip like I’ve experienced with some of the big-box stores. There is also always someone available to help right away. The customer service is truly unmatched, and that’s why I continue to come back!

Always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help finding anything. Can’t beat the item selection and convenience. We love our local Ace!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. They have the kind of customer service that you can’t find in big box stores.

Been dealing with Kyle and Kevin for many many years. They always find away to help you solve your problem if they don't have what your looking for then they are calling around town trying to help you find it if needed that day.Other wise they will order for you with a quick turn around time.On Milwaukee tools you can't beat Kevin with the knowledge that he has on all the different tools that Milwaukee makes .And with all the other employees that work their their customer service is the best around. When you walk in the store your greeted with a smile by Mary or one of the fine gentlemen working to serve you.And when you leave your the one smiling because they took care of your needs.
